An emerald in a sea of turquoise! My family & I spent some time @ this tranquil, beautiful residence over Spring Break. It's off the tourist grid & hidden deep within the Sian Ka'an Bio Reserve. I think I saw a couple one time walk across our beach the whole time I was there. It's an architecturally designed, "green" home that draws its power from solar panels & a windmill. Water is collected in a tank from rain & it all perfectly blends in with the intricate detail of architecture. There is a full staff to tend to your every need- especially cooking & beverages. Save the hike into town for dinner, because Marisol's cooking is second to none! You can't find better even in the trendy restaurants of Tulum & Playa. Even though the home is solar & windmill powered, it still brings all the comforts of home; LED-TV, Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf cooking appliances, A/C, stereo & landscape lighting. Linens, pots, pans, you name it, it's already there. The owner even stocks a great DVD selection- just in case you want to cool off in front the the big TV. The beach access is a simple stroll out the back door & down a path through palms that leads to the sea. I think the walk to the beach is just short of one minute! Once on the beach, you'll find all things necessary to enjoy a sporty day; volley-ball, kayak, snorkeling or nice chaise loungers to just kick back. If you want to be a spectator & avoid the sun, there's plenty of shade under their Palapa's on the beach, equipped with a full mattress...just in case you need a nap. Another member of the staff, German (his name), is full of ideas for excursions. Rather it's fishing or touring the Sian Ka'an Bio Preserve (highly recommended with the canal float where you free-float down a crystal clear, freshwater canal that leads to the sea), or, maybe you just want a fresh margarita- German's the man! The highlight of your day may just be the evening sunset on the back patio, amidst the palms, while perching atop a comfy outdoor couch. German & Marisol hover nearby whipping up margaritas & tasty Mayan delicacies making the patio the place to be seated & seen!

FAIR (60 days)

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
