My family just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa. We met my brothers family in Mexico for a family vacation and wanted somewhere we could all relax, catch up with each other and enjoy being together. From the moment we arrived we felt pampered and taken care of. The villa is gorgeous! There is so much room! We never felt crowded. The bedrooms are very spacious. The only note I would make is that the main house has 3 bedrooms and the other bedrooms require leaving the main house to access. Not a problem for us since our children aren't small but if you had younger children it might be a concern. We always felt very safe and at night there was still staff there so if anyone needed to come from the downstairs apartment it was not a problem to gain entry to the house. The views are what make the villa so special. Every room has a view. Well, except the kitchen but thanks to the staff I rarely saw the kitchen! We had views of the sea and Isla Mujeres from every bedroom and all the living areas. Beautiful all day and night! The beach was perfect for swimming and flying kites and playing. We ate dinner outside every night with views of the island and pirate ships. What truly made this a relaxing vacation for me was the staff. Andreas, the manager, contacted us a couple of weeks before our arrival. After speaking with him we decided to go with the chef/waiter for the entire time we were there. Andreas then helped us to come up with menus for our stay. My sister in law and I made a shopping list for breakfast and snack items we wished to have and we were done. There were no more decisions to be made. We simply showed up and ate at meal time. Heaven! No trying to get everyone dressed, in taxis and to the restaurant it had taken 30 minutes to decide on. The food was great! I wish I could have brought Angel home with me! He even gave me lessons in how to make guacamole Cancun style. Andreas was very helpful in setting up activities for us. We went snorkeling with the whale sharks. I highly recommend this trip if you are there during the right time of the year. He also had jet skis brought to the beach outside the villa one day. Some of us wanted to go parasailing and again the boat came to the villa and picked us up from the beach. Andreas also made sure the refrigerator was well stocked the entire time we were there. Not an easy task with teenagers in the house. There was truly nothing to think about the whole time we were there. None of the staff were ever intrusive but they were always close by if we needed something. In addition to keeping the villa spotless the maids also made sure we had coffee in the mornings and cut up fresh fruit for us. The house is close to Cancun so if you wanted to leave (why???) it would be easy to go to the hotel zone for shopping or nightlife. We truly enjoyed a relaxing stay at Villa and felt spoiled the whole time we were there. Thank you Andreas, Angel, Johnny!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this elegant, perfectly located property in the middle of Cancun. The house is perfect for a large family such as ours, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the beach is perfect for the kids, the pool and outdoor areas allowed us to enjoy each other in total privacy. The property is on a 24hr security street so we felt safe at all times. All i can say is that the pictures do not do this property justice. Thank you villa for one of the best holidays we have ever had!

The house matches the pictures and the staff exceeded our expectations. We traveled from Chicago with our wedding party to get married at the Villa and everyone had a great time and the wedding went marvelously, in big part due to Andreas, the caretaker that is on top of everything. We would recommend this home and staff and we are already talking about a return trip some day.

This was the ultimate university reunion in Cancun. My college girlfriends and I decided to rent Villa for a 4 night weekend at the beginning of May and we had nothing but a wonderful time. Our experience at Villa started the minute Robert responded to my inquiry, he took the time to explain and answer all my questions and concerns, he arranged our transportation to and from the airport and all of our other ground transportation needs once we arrived. Andreas the Villa Manager prepared a perfect menu for all of us (12 women) containing vegetarian dishes and stayed away from foods that some of us where allergic to. The Villa is absolutely stunning, I was wondering if it actually was going to look as good as it looks on the pictures and it actually looks much better. The decor is wonderful with a touch of the classic, new, Mexican and Caribbean looks. The living room has an amazing chandelier that can't be missed, the ceilings are at least three stories high and the only word to describe it is elegance. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent sizes with amazing views of the caribbean. The location of the Villa is perfect only a 15 minute ride from the Cancun airport and in the middle of it all, yet when in the property you feel extremely private. We loved to seat and have dinner in the out door dining area where Javier and the chef would spoil us with amazing drinks and food that was fresh from local fisherman and markets that Andreas would purchase for us so we never had to move a finger. The property is very well taken care of and all the furniture, bedding and the house it self is extremely fresh. We loved taking sun by the pool and being served fresh margaritas and mojitos by the beach. The house keeping ladies kept the property perfectly clean at all times.
