We and 4 friends stayed in this villa for 10 days in July 2013. The villa was perfect-always clean, great service, and over loaded with luxury and wellness. We recommend the this place to any one who wish for a relaxing, luxury and perfect vacation - no doubt we will come back again!

This villa is a beautiful property. The villa itself is well appointed, with everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable seating areas, really comfortable beds (very important), lovely landscaping, etc. The property and the pool/hot tub were very well maintained. It's one of the most impressive looking villas in the area, and we felt very lucky to have found this place. We had a fantastic property owner/host. He found us when we were lost on the way to the villa (we were very jetlagged) and took us straight there. He checked on us the next day, brought us a delicious baked custard pie from his wife and gave us a going away gift. The villa is right across the road from a lovely beach that we visited every day. There are a few tavernas right in the area that we also visited almost every day that were recommended to us by him. We absolutely can't wait to go again.

We came in on a late flight and the owner met us in person at the airport to ensure our transfer to the villa was as smooth as possible and from then on the friendly 5 star service continued. The properties are brand new and beautifully architect designed; contemporary, but in sympathy with the local landscape and environment. The villa was the best equipped I have ever experienced with everything from flat screen TVs in every room to a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods replaced each morning by the maid. There was a large, clean barbecue and no shortage of kitchen equipment including that villa holiday rarity, sharp knives. The property was unobtrusively and discreetly looked after throughout our stay; the maid cleaned and tidied daily and the pool area was kept immaculate. This was a perfect rental for a group of adults or a family with teenage or younger children.

My wife and I treated our two children with their spouses and our two grand children to an unforgettably relaxing and luxurious holiday at this villa. Every detail of the Villa was top of the line, from the barbecue to the linen. Every room had it's own bath, a/c, fan and sat TV. We do not go on holiday to watch TV but it was a pleasant bonus to lie in bed and watch a little news & sports if we wanted. The pool and Jacuzzi were kept immaculate by the daily pool cleaning service and we were spoiled with the daily maid service, which was excellent. The restaurant right in front of the Villa had fantastic friendly owners and made great food. The walk to the beach, which seemed like a private beach, took 4 minutes and never had anything like a crowd or noisy tourists. Always very relaxing and another great little cafe where we had salads and coffee brought to our beach chairs. The beach was perfect for small children and for grownup snorklers. For an adventure you can drive 5 minutes to the next beach and have a choice of 4 restaurants. But one of our favorite things was to prepare dinner in the well equipped kitchen and sit in the beautifully landscaped garden and eat our dinner outside with the lights in the olive trees. It was what a holiday is supposed to be, everything just as you could have hoped for, and more. A true highlight was how accommodating the owners are. We even received a home made cake from them which was out of this world, and a beautiful hand painted dish which is now in our living room reminding us of the remarkable week at this villa. I can not say enough good about the whole experience.

The villa is wonderful, perfect to reach the nearby beautiful beaches, perfect to have breakfast or dinner with an amazing and relaxing view of the sea or the olive groves, or to simply enjoy the private pool and sunbeds in the manicured garden. Greatly equipped and very clean. The owner is so kind and helpful, always making sure everything is OK.

We fell in love of this fantastic villa the first time we laid eyes on its pictures and made it a goal to rent it for our vacation this year. When we got there we realised it is far better than in the pictures :) The location is superb, the people are extremely nice, the food available in the near by restaurants is great. There is much more in Crete that we have to see so we will be back for sure. If you want a relaxing and peaceful location to enjoy Crete wonders go for this one, you will not regret it, we assure you!

We have recently returned from a superb weeks stay at this stunning contemporary villa - the architecture, the views, the garden were all superb. We were a group of 4 adults, a toddler and 2 babies and the villa had everything we needed and it was the little things like complementary daily coffee and maid service that made our stay a pleasure. The friendly owners were very helpful and definitely went the extra mile for us, taking us to the supermarket and organising the printing of our boarding passes as we did not rent a car. The manager was absolutely brilliant during the booking process as I had a lot of questions about its suitability travelling with 2 babies which he was more than happy to answer. Travel cots, a high chair and bathing chairs were all provided for the babies. Lovely Loutraki beach was a 2 minute walk down the hill from the Villa and Marathai beach with excellent seafood restaurant 20 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend getting the chef to come to the villa to cook some evening meals - the food was amazing. We also enjoyed eating al fresco lunches and using the excellent BBQ. Amazing Villa, Amazing hospitality! Thank you for a wonderful week in your villa !

We spent 2 weeks at the villa - we being 2 adults and 4 teenagers. It was a wonderful vacation - not only the villa was stunning but also the hospitality of the owners. Special thanks to the maid who did a wonderful job. We definitely recommend a vacation here! The house and the hospitality plus the short distance to Marathi Beach and to Chania sum up to a very, very relaxing holiday experience - all of us would have loved to extend our stay. Thank you for everything.

We want to thank again the owners and his team. We stayed at at this villa in June 2014 for one week. This holiday includes all we ever expected: an amazing house with a wonderful architecture, infinity pool, hot tube, barbequeue etc. The service was very good. We even received a warm greek speciality for breakfast, which was soooo delicious, fresh egg and a little present at the end of our stay, to make us reminding this place forever. And we are sure, we'll ever do. Although we only spent one week there, we were very relaxed after that. There was really nothing, that would have made our holiday more perfect. Our kids asked to live there forever - we guess, there could not be a greater compliment. So, if you look for a special holiday without bad surprise - come to this villa! We've enjoyed it so much.

We stayed here for a week at the end of June and we already miss it! The property is beautiful. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed Loutraki beach and walked to Marathi every day. We enjoyed going to Chania (but seemed to take the wrong way back everytime) and the airport proximity was ideal. But I have to say the best thing about this property is the service by the owners. Alex helped us with a car rental, we had fresh eggs one morning, we were given pastitsio for lunch prepared by the owner's wife, and presented a lovely parting gift. We had a few issues, but they were immediately taken care of. This villa was by far a highlight of our 7 week tour of Europe. We are already hoping to return someday. Cannot recommend enough!

I recently stayed at this property with a large group of family and friends (we also rented the neighbouring villa at the same time) and had a marvellous time. The house is gorgeous, with many thoughtful, comfortable touches. It is located just steps away from a lovely little beach and a couple of good tavernas. An even bigger, nicer beach with a great taverna is just a couple of minutes away by car. The owner and her team could not have been more gracious, welcoming and responsive. They booked massages for us, arranged for a private chef, had the rental cars waiting at the house (!) and even brought by a special welcome treat on our first day. We always felt like our comfort was the highest priority and had a very special holiday thanks to the spectacular house and top-notch service.

This villa is fantastic and has a beautiful design as on the web site! The view from the terrace is very fantastic! The garden and the pool are very maintained! …and it’s the same inside the villa! Everything was perfect during our vacation. We were 2 adults and 3 children… The owners are very allowing and friendly, every time ready to help you for any request. We also would definitely recommend getting the chef and his wife to come to the villa to cook some evening meals - the food was amazing. We had an excellent stay in this villa, thanks to owners who were really nice, very hospitable, and had a very good spirit customer centric.
