The villa is destined to educated people, of a social and cultural high-level, that appreciate the art, style, sophistication and elegance. True "conoisseurs" who are accustomed to live in luxury and want to spend a relaxing holiday in the peace and privacy of an absolutely unique villa. For this reason, the mansion will not be rented to families with children or young people who want to have fun and party: it is not the right place. Given the value of the furniture, paintings, carpets and generally of all the furniture, pets are not allowed. In the basement of the villa lives a Greek family, very quiet and respectful: the property is obviously separate, but it is still required to comply with the hours of rest and silence during the day and the night. On request it is possible to have a daily or weekly cleaning service, as well as a chef to prepare meals. The equipment of the kitchen is designed to prepare sophisticated meals. The tablecloths, glasses, cutlery and tableware are all brand new and elegant. The villa has a satellite internet connection (20 Mbps) on request. Transfer from and to the airport, as well as car rental, can be provided on request.

FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

  • Closest money machine: ATM are in Vamos and Kalives.
  • Closest liquor store: In Chania there are several liquor stores with single malt whiskeys and other selected products.
  • Closest grocery store: In Vamos, the English Butcher, otherwise several stores in Vamos and Kalives
  • Best grocery store: In Vamos, just 5 minutes from the villa, there is an English butcher with a variety of delicious cuts of meat. You can also ask him to prepare meat for the barbecue.
  • Best free activities: Walks and excursions nearby. We can recommend interesting historical excursion to the ancient Venetian monuments in the area.
  • Best paid activities: The beach of Kalives, as well as other beaches of the Gulf of Souda, are very close (10 minutes far).
  • Best night restaurants: We can recommend places on request.
  • Best lunch eateries: We can recommend places on request.
  • Best breakfast eateries: We can recommend places on request.
  • Best local café/coffee: There are traditional cafè (kafenion) in Vamos and Kalives, as well as in other small villages around.
