A small boutique quality apartment block just recently built - so it in very tidy condition. ideal for a couples looking for a quite place to relax and base yourself while you explore Efate. Conveniently located and only a 5 min drive to town. The onsite owner/operator was a pleasure to deal with and very friendly. A great alternative to staying in one of the large resorts and a lot cheaper.

FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
