Mirissa, famous for its long golden sandy beach and whale & dolphin watching is a couple of kilometers south along Matara Road, and is also a great place to relax & enjoy fresh grilled seafood on the beach.We are able to accommodate maximum capacity of 4 Adults and 2 Children or 2 Adults and 4 Children.
A small foldout bed can be setup in each king size bedroom and is only suitable for children under 10yrs.

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

  • Other comments: Children and Adults will both enjoy a visit to the local turtle refuge in Koggala.
  • Best taxi company: Local Tuk Tuk (three wheeler)which our staff are happy to arrange.
  • Closest money machine: Banks in Weligama have ATM machines.
  • Best grocery store: Keells Supermarket in Matara.
  • Best free activities: Relax & unwind next to your private 50ft infinity pool.
  • Best paid activities: Kelum our guest manager is also an experienced guide and is available for guests to discuss all options from Whale watching, Yala reserve and local excursions by AC van or Tuk-tuk.
  • Best night restaurants: If you choose to go out there are a wide variety of dining options all just a short ride by local tuk-tuk, that our staff are happy to arrange.
  • Best lunch eateries: Our Cook is on hand to cook delicious Sri Lankan dishes or Western options for lunch & dinner at an additional local cost to guests.
  • Best breakfast eateries: Our included breakfast offers fresh local fruit, local curd & treacle and toast & jam. Our cook is on hand to cook Sri Lankan or Western breakfast options at an additional local cost to guests.
  • Best local café/coffee: Self serve Nespresso coffee machine plus capsules, plunger coffee and assorted teas are available in pool pavilion. Bottled water supplied free of charge - stay hydrated!
