Special Notes / Conditions

During the April season you can watch the 4×4 mud races, Jet Ski or Kayak racing through your windowCheck-in time is 2pm on date of arrival and check-out time is 10am on date of departure. However, if there are no reservations on the same day, we are happy to accommodate a late check-out.

We advise you not to use more than 4 heaters at a given time to avoid power outage due to overload. This restriction is imposed due to limited electricity capacity in the neighbouring area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

For safety and security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in and around the bungalow.

Driver’s / domestic’s quarters not available at the bungalow. Please advise at the time of reservation to arrange for driver accommodation at a nearby location, subject to availability

Please note the extra charges given below:

• Usage of room heater is charged at Rs. 750/= per heater per day.
• Tea / coffee is served on a complimentary basis with breakfast. Any tea / coffee served in addition to this will be charged at Rs. 50/= per cup.
• Breakfast/Lunch / Dinner could be provided at our restaurant, you can order by using our menu.
• Charge for hiring of a cook is Rs. 2000/= per day, discludes groceries subject to availability.
