South Point Villa is an exclusive luxury beach villa with a stunning swimming pool only 15 km from Galle Fort. The Garden steps down to a beautiful cove with an unspoiled golden beach in a beautiful tropical island. Sea is excellent for swimming and snorkeling within the reef.

Staff of six - Chef, Housekeeper, Maid, Houseboy, Gardener, Night watchman and Manager on call. Our staff are friendly and courteous, discreet yet attentive. The Chef excels in fine dining and seafood preparations. The staff are up by 6 am and will close up only after the last guest goes to bed
Transport can be arranged - two vehicles available 24 hours for our guests to hire

FAIR (60 days)

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
