Our host got in touch with us the very moment we booked the flat. When we landed into Madrid we gave her a call so that when we arrived in front of the flat manager's friend was there to welcome us. The flat is nicely designed and centric, close to shops and many restaurants. It was neat and clean and had all the facilities we needed in working order (except for an iron- which was problematic as we came to Madrid for a wedding). We spent a lovely week-end!

Nicely decorated apartment in a centrally located part of town (walking distance to all the sights). The host was very helpful in accommodating my early arrival and late departure - would definitely stay here again!

The host was/is awesome. She always answered my messages, she met me at the apt even when I arrived earlier than check-in time and to top it off, she's super nice! The apartment is modern but cozy, with great appliances. The set up is open and airy and it gets good light but not direct light (which is key during hot Madrid summers!) Perfect place for a one or a couple. I lived in this area of Madrid from 2011-2012 & again for a few months in 2013. Trust me, it's perfect. Close to everything you want to see/do in Madrid, without being right in the middle of tourist chaos. Also, the apt is on a quiet street, even on the weekends, which is key for those nights you decided to skip going out all night in Madrid. But, if you decide to go out, all you have to do is walk a block in either direction and you're amongst tons of bars, shops and restaurants. Awesome place, awesome host, awesome neighborhood. It's a win!

The host was available when needed. The apt was exactly as pictures look. It was perfect location to boutiques, restaurants, and walking distance to sites. Awesome restaurant around the corner called Lateral! Delicious food! Metro was easy and close by. Internet worked extremely well. Kitchen stocked with basics needed. Other basic essentials provided such as blow dryer and iron. Heater worked great. Even tho it allowed smoking, as a non-smoker, we didn't smell anything. Very clean and 100% satisfied! Great place for a weekend trip!
