The communication with Ida, Patricia and Christian while booking, checking in was good. It was nice to be in an apartment that is in a safe residential neighbourhood with good markets, bakeries and restaurants within 1 block. The location was good to go anywhere. We walked everywhere even though the metro was nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had laundry facilities. The only small issues were a small shower in the second bathroom and the back room was a bit stuffy. However, we would stay again there any time! Has everything you need.

We, six guys, came over to Barcelona for the Primerva Sound Festival in May/June 2012. The festival meant late nights and a few of drinks for five straight nights so we were only looking for somewhere to rest our heads ready for the next day, but this flat was much more. It was neat, and tidy and free wifi meant we were entertained while recovering from our hangovers. The location was great and the transport links were ideal for the all of the festival venues, airport, town and the beach as well as other sites. Chris and Ida were great with information from initial enquiry through to check out. I have marked comfort down because of the heat during the day when we were trying to get some sleep but that is not their fault, I would include air-con as a prerequisite for future trips and if these guys can accommodate that then no need to look elsewhere.

We stayed in Barcelona for 3 weeks in December (it was our second Barcelona apartment experience). We traveled with our 1.5 son, it was great and wonderful to ran away from Moscow winter! Ida and Christian were very attentive - even for our not simple requests (we asked some issues for our little son) - they simplified a lot our long stay in Barcelona and we felt like at home - thanks for wonderful experience. Christian and Ida are very high-level professionals and their attitude to the client could be a benchmark for others (we have a lot of cases before with different apartments in many countries and we could feel the difference). The apartment has a perfect location: It took us only 10-15 minutes on foot to get to Ciutadella park. There are plenty of supermarkets and a nice market with fresh fish and vegetables nearby. Small cafes and restaurants are at every turn. There is also a train and bus station not far, so we could easily get not only to the airport but also to beautiful suburbs of Barcelona. We are very picky about cleanliness, but this time we were perfectly satisfied: all the furnishing was tidy. The cleaning service was made like in 5 star hotel! The kitchen was fully equipped. But even if we needed something extra, the Ida and Christian was very helpful and provided us everything we needed as soon as possible. We are also grateful for advices they gave us about restaurants and shopping. Our stay was wonderful!

We were very pleased with the apartment. Great location and still very quiet in the evening and at night. Close to the station and a large supermarket. Ida was very kind and the key pickup went almost perfect (had to wait fifteen minutes). Good price quality ratio. Definitely recommended. Though a very small elevator. Hardly suitable for prams or wheelchairs.

I stayed in this apartment with my family and it was the best decision ever!! The apartment was very clean and lovely decorated, with everything we could've needed. It is exactly like the pictures, really big and we really felt like home. The location was also perfect, quiet neighbourhood and right next to the arco triunfo, we walked everywhere! Ida and Christian were wonderful as well!! From the first time we spoke they were really nice, they explained us everything about the city, gave us maps and were available 24/7. Great experience, I would totally come back to this apartment! 5 stars!

Recently a mixed group of 5 of us stayed for 4 nights in this apartment and we loved it. It's all really nice, modern and clean. The location was ideal for our stay as it was quite close to everywhere, about a 20min walk to the beach and also to the Ramblas. Staff were also very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely come back in the future.

Our family of 6 (4 children plus 2 adults) stayed here during a week's break in October. It was a last minute holiday and most apartments near Las Ramblas and the *known* areas seemed to be booked up. We took this one because it was good value, it wasn't too far out from the centre, the reviews were positive and after speaking to Ida on the phone I felt very reassured that we were in good hands. If we went back to Barcelona I would stay here without question. The area was ordinary, but ordinary has some great charms. People, children, families, old folk live there, there are fabulous cafe's - not tourist dens, nearby used by the locals, the supermarket and delicatessens across the street blew us away. The children felt safe, it was quiet at night save for the gentle bustle of neighbours going about their daily lives. The apartment is clean and spacious, the bathrooms are gleaming white and beautiful - a bath made it more appealing to my British sensibilities (!). Washing facilities on the balcony and fans to cool you at night if you need to. The only niggle I have is that while the flat has 3 coffee makers, there was only one sharp knife for chopping and could do with more cutlery. A DVD player would help us keep the children quiet when we need a rest too... Having said that, we had a great holiday, the children were happy there and so were we. Thank you guys!
