FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

  • Best taxi company: Jose Ramos Taxi Service. He will meet you at the airport with a cold cervesa, stop for you to shop at the Mega Supermarket and take you directly to Casa Azul
  • Closest money machine: Four blocks away
  • Closest liquor store: Two blocks away
  • Closest grocery store: One block away
  • Best grocery store: Stop at the huge Mega Supermarket in Bucerias on the way in from the airport.
  • Best free activities: The beach!
  • Best paid activities: A catamaran sailboat ride and snorkeling trip
  • Best night restaurants: My favorite night restaurant is either "Calypso" or "Don Pedro's."
  • Best lunch eateries: My favorite lunch is a barrito at "Barrito Revolution."
  • Best breakfast eateries: My favorite breakfast in Sayulita is Huevos Rancheros at Choco Banana near the town square.
  • Best local café/coffee: Sayulita now has over 35 restaurants. Any kind of food you desire is available in the town; Mexican, Italian, French, pizza, sushi, Chinese or Japanese.
