Our extended family (4 kids and 3 couples) spent the most amazing time at villa in Sayulita. After staying in homes in the north end of town for past five years we decided to try the south central area for a change. Are we ever glad we did. Not only was the location superior (the main beach and town centre were just a 2 minute walk away) the small neighbourhood was also very charming. But the icing on the cake, was staying at this stunning property. This house is simply spectacular. We have traveled throughout Mexico, staying in 4 and 5 star hotels, and in a number of nice homes in Sayulita, but never in anything as nice as this. The layout of the house and views are awesome and the decor and art stunning. To be honest, this did not feel like a rental property, but more like the beautiful home of an art collector. The house shows so much better than the photos on the website. The pool and grounds were beautiful too. It was hard to decide each day – should we go to the beach or hang out at the pool. The kids also loved the treehouse, but my husband spent more time relaxing there in the hammock than they did. We had great Mexican meals prepared for us by Carmina and got massages on the large palapa covered roof top with incredible ocean and mountain views. The house was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed. Everyone thought it was the best vacation we have ever had. So we will definitely be coming back. Special thanks to Eric and Carmina who took such good care of us. This is one of the more expensive homes in Sayulita but worth every penny.

I do not usually write reviews but this beautiful villa deserves one! Our family plus friends rented it right after the Christmas holidays. We had the best vacation in Sayulita in a very special house, designed and appointed with incredible taste, gorgeous Mexican art everywhere and views that are truly breathtaking! You cannot tell how beautiful this setting is from photos. When you step out on the large patio and see the whole bay and coastline and watch the surfers below the house, you will know what I mean. This house is huge, with wonderful decorations, huge bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 outdoor showers, and large tropical gardens that made me completely envious. There was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We also loved the location – super close to everything and no car was necessary. We met Dennis, the owner who has 2 other houses right next door that are equally spectacular. Next year we are going to get a larger group together and rent two of his houses. I also must mention the wonderful staff and Dora’s excellent cooking. If I could, I would give a six star rating - it is that special.
