• A USD $2000 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.
• All renters must agree to Terms and Conditons attached.
• Events: Only 2 events can be held per month at the villa Jan. - June & Mid October - December.
  Events require a minimum stay or a fee to clean up the following day from 9-noon.
  Guests hosting events who stay 5 or more nights receive $500 off of the event fee
• NO EVENTS MAY BE HELD ON SUNDAY
• Noise must be down by 11pm on Weekends and 10pm on weekdays.
