FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

Venue Information

Notes: Events: written permission from the owner is required to hold any event of more then 12 persons above the maximum number of guests allowed in the property (10). There is a special charge equal to one nights rent, which must be paid and confirmed with the owner or his agent prior to the event. As well we require a damage security deposit of $500USD to be held until such time as we can confirm any damages or loss, at which time the full amount of the damage deposit less the cost of any damages or loss will be returned.
