Where do I begin?? From the moment we booked our trip.. Our concierge was stellar!! He emailed consistently .. I cannot describe. He was back and forth with me on the smallest details:) He made all reservations for dinners, arranged transportation, and was detailed about what we wanted in our villa.. Truly, he was tireless. Upon our arrival, we were met by our personal concierge who then turned us over to our "butler". When we arrived in our villa everything was not only what I requested but beyond.. From a Small Batch bottle of Bourbon, particular champagnes, certain fruits to flowers..... Everything was beyond what we expected! Every morning our "butler" was there to check on us. He never left at the end of the day without going over our requests for the following day.. always " is there anything else". At this point, I feel I should share.. I travel extensively and have over the last 25 years. I always stay at 4 and 5 star resorts..This is the first time I have taken the time to write a review! I have not mentioned how fabulous the apartment itself is because I feel you can see this on line for yourself ...It is breathtaking... I am sharing what one must just personally experience. I was fortunate enough to have done so.. Not only is this now my number one get-away.. My daughter will be getting married there:))

Most wonderful experience in Cabo. This place is absolutely amazing. No detail is left behind. Most importantly the staff is superb, and at that superb is an understatement. This place is lucky to have such general manager – he is a true gem. I travel a good amount and I have never had the pleasure of meeting someone as a professional, kind and genuine as him. He truly cares about your experience and ensuring that you have the best time there. I could go on all day about him – but I will stop here. It is clear that his employees take on the same attitude. I commend him and his staff for truly understanding the meaning of hospitality, other luxury hotels should take classes from them! We can't wait to come back and visit our friends at this wonderful apartment.

We had a fabulous time and hope to return very soon! We had an excellent butler, very hospitable and always offered to help in whatever way possible. Gonzalo is a very talented Chef, he certainly kept our tummies full and happy! The apartment and layout is beautiful paired with incredible service.
