I recently returned from a business trip that allowed me the opportunity to experience this place for four nights. Beginning with the arrival experience, culinary and overall service, this property met and exceeded every aspect of the ultimate of being a luxury provider of travel for the most discerning traveler. I personally experienced a problem my departure day with the airlines delaying my departure from Cabo causing a misconnect to my home city in the US which caused me to have to extend an extra night. This was only realized once I was at the airport so when I phoned them to see if they could accommodate me for another night, woman in their reservation dept took full control and confirmed my night with their sales team, coordinated my transfers from the airport back to the apartment and followed up with me on all details several times to ensure the transfer company connected with me and that I was on my way back. The arrival team met me by name and welcomed me back "home" which really made me feel good after having felt pretty beat down just having to deal with the airlines for about an hour over my delayed flight. My apartment had a fabulous view of the ocean and quite large with a full length balcony hosting my private plunge pool. Loved, loved, loved this place and look forward to a future stay but for vacation next time!

The most amazing place! The staff was incredible! They met all our needs. I felt so well taking care of for 7 days! We enjoyed the spa, the massages were unbelievable and well worth the price!!!! Our room was magnificent. So clean it felt like home! I just want to say thank you to all the staff for making me feel so well taken care for 7 days! I can't wait to come back!
