We have been back to stay at this apartment several times and we are now planning our next holiday here. The owner is always welcoming, the accommodation is always clean, comfortable and well laid out. Clean sheets and towels every week, food welcome package to get us started, wine and fresh eggs for sale. My teenage daughter loves laying by the pool as well as going out and about, and this apartment provided the best of both worlds. We have stayed at this place during the Spring, Autumn and Winter as well as during the Summer and the owner has helped us make the most of every visit. We have been to Christmas church services, enjoyed summer fiestas, loved the architecture in Florence and Pisa, relaxed at a hot baths and spa, eaten more cake and ice cream than we really should. A car is recommended to get out and about but it is less than 10 mins to several local villages all of which are picture perfect. All in all a great holiday destination.

It is an amazing home, with apartments, the owner/s are amazingly friendly and are quick to help with any querys or problems, in English or Italian. The apartments are equipped with just what you need. It was extremely hot, the pool was needed, shade with trees and lovely plants. The bonus for me was the animals, they were friendly and loving. There was a few local amenities, but plenty slightly further afield.

We have stayed at this apartment on several occasions at different times of year and have always received a warm welcome. We have found the apartments clean and comfortable with all amenities supplied together with a lovely welcome pack from the owner, who is a friendly and helpful hostess. The location is beautiful, you could say, the jewel in the crown, with superb views, swimming pool and garden in which to relax with a glass of the local wine. The house is well situated for visiting places of interest both local and further afield and she is also on site to help with travel information and local places to eat. We have found it useful that she speaks English and Italian.

What a great experience, in a lovely setting, from the pool you are overlooking the beautiful Logo the Chiusi. The apartment was great, good beds, a lot of space nice atmosphere. The owner is fantastic, she even took us to one of the local `festas` and we would not have wanted to miss that. Than you've got the real Italian feeling. Thanks a lot for all your hospitality.

Lovely spot in the Umbrian hills with view of Lake Chiusi and close to Lake Trasimeno and Umbrian hilltop towns. The owner is a friendly and helpful host with charming dogs and chickens. We found the accommodation clean and comfortable. Need to return to see more!
