My husband and I had the incredible opportunity to stay for one week at this apartment that is conveniently located in a gated peaceful garden oasis in the middle of busy Florence. We were welcomed by the Owner's, a lovely american expatriate couple, who recently renovated the fantastic garden structure for their own home and apartment. They also provided guest snacks and drinks, as well as travel tips, and restaurant options that was very helpful. The interior is beautifully detailed and appointed with all of the amenities that we could possibly want; including an extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, tv and sound system, cooking supplies to prepare food from the local market and a luxurious bathroom. It is perfect for a couple to escape after a busy day of touring.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for three nights, and we still talk about how special our time was there. First, the property itself is absolutely beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice. It's situated about 5 minutes from the Duomo, but it is enclosed in a private (massive) garden, that feels like you're in a sort of secret VIP paradise. It's like having your own personal Boboli Gardens that you can retreat to after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment itself is visually stunning from the outside - intricate pebbled designs, breathtaking statues, The insides have been completely renovated by the owners, who we learned, specialize in turning unique Italian properties into liveable modern homes. Everything has been decorated with care, and all the amenities you would expect from a five-star boarding experience are there. We've toured a lot around Florence, and can honestly say there is no other place like this one. The owners were so friendly, helping us out in all respects during our stay, that afterward we felt like family. The value for the money is excellent, and is perfect for a couple or small family. We can't wait to come back!!
