Spacious, comfortable rooms, very neatly furnished, much-much nicer than most apartments around - well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, the bathroom is great) - apartment has backdoor entrance to the garden, almost leading directly to the parking lot (this is of great help as the little town has heavy parking restrictions) - having a garden is a unique feature in the town Lucignano is not at all touristic (yet), but has all you need for your stay (shops, restos etc.). The city is very close to the highway and is an excellent location if you want to do multiple trips across various parts of Tuscany. Mosquito nets on the garden doors would be a great improvement and the insects fill the apartment over night - Internet connection goes off frequently/and is generally poor, there is a problem with the main router - there is a beautiful wardrobe in the lower floor, but it emits a very unpleasant odour, we decided not to store our clothing in it - cloth storage is not enough for more than 2 people.

Staying at this apartment in Lucignano was a joy. The historic town setting with views, the beautiful apartment and renovation that the owner and his wife have achieved, and the central Tuscan location with quick access to major highways was perfect. The local rep was extremely responsive and helpful and when we were unable to connect to the wifi, she graciously lent us a tablet to use during our stay for internet access. I would highly recommend this rental property and hope to stay again!

We spent 6 nights in Lucignano this past week. The apartment is even better than the description and photographs. The host was there to great us - she speaks excellent English and communicated quickly as did the owner. Extremely clean, lovely interior design and has all the amenities you need and great views of the sunset! We spent the last couple of nights in the upstairs flat which was also brilliant. Will be staying here again and recommending it to friends!
