Special Notes / Conditions

Security deposit of 1500.00€ is required upon arrival and will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

Tourist tax of 1.50€ is required per day per person for the first 5 nights from April to the end of October.

The rates are for 8 guests only. It is possible to add anothr 3 single beds upon request for 350,00 Euro per person per week.
