Special Notes / Conditions

Security deposit of 1000.00€ is required upon arrival and will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

Tourist tax of 1.50€ is required per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to the end of October. Children under 18 years do not pay.

Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per week of 300 kW. The extra kW are to be paid on the premises according to consuption.
