Security deposit of 2000.00€ is required upon arrival and will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

Tourist tax of 1.50€ is required per day per person for the first 7 nights.

A/C and electricity are up to 350 kWh, if exceeded - an extra cost of 0.42€ per kWh will be applied.
