We decided to take my extended family on holiday with us for my 40th birthday. After scouring the internet for months we found this villa. The price is high - but wow, you get everything you pay for. This place is very special. The villa itself is amazing - with its own pool. And it is very secluded from the rest of the world. You do get a lot of boats passing by with people on viewing the caves but they don't bother you at all. The owner is a lovely, lovely man. And his dog Diaz just turned into our family dog. My family have not stopped raving about the place since we got home.....wish we were still there!!!

We decided to celebrate our 20 years of marriage with our close friends and family in Zakynthos. The last time we went to Zakynthos was many years ago but we always wanted to return, and why not on a special occasion like this? So after days of research on the internet we found the Grand Villa and we booked for 7 days. We came by ferry and the owner, a very charismatic gentleman gave us all the information how to reach the villa without any problem. So there we were and we met Dias, a very friendly dog that we understood very soon that he was the PR manager. My nephew went crazy with the dog, …Dias up and Dias down. It is very difficult to put in words the exact experience we had there. It was dreamy, it was peaceful and the host was perfect, meeting all our requests. The design is a nice combination of stone with wood, large space and very beautiful terraces with amazing view. The bedrooms are very comfortable, spacious with all facilities. I liked very much the peace of this place, the direct access to the blue caves and all around the magnificent natural landscape. I think there is no better spot in Zakinthos than this. The owner was always happy to recommend us the good places to try the Greek cuisine and Dias did everything else. He was always outside waiting for us to show us the road to the sea, or ready to play with the kids. This holiday brought us all together in a natural paradise. I remember with such great pleasure the amazing time we spent there and I will return most certainly.

I have just returned to the UK from a wedding week at the Grand Villa, It was perfect and the owner was a star, he made the wedding go smoothly and the food was fab, swimming, kayaking, BBQ's, and the wedding ceremony, he also arranged Greek singers and dancers, and Greek cooking onsite which was very good and plentiful. If you are looking for a very special wedding in a very special place then this is it look no further, I would recommend this villa every time and will be going back.

The Grand Villa is probably the best place to be in Zakynthos. It is a secluded part of the island that has everything you are looking for. A precious getaway, amazing views, crystal clear seas, what more can one ask for. The owner and his amazing dog Dia made the experience even better. It has been almost a year since we stayed at the Grand Villa for a week, and my enthusiasm for the place has not waned a bit. The owner/proprietor is a wonderful man who's vision to create beautiful, luxurious villas above perhaps the most stunning blue water cave network is truly a work of art! The gardens and vineyards surrounding the villa make it all the more special. If you are looking for a place of extreme tranquility, where the views take your breath away each time you take them in, look no further!

In July we spent 2 weeks in the Grand Villa. The villa is located on the northern tip of the island, approximately one kilometer drive away from the small harbour Agios Nikolaos. Grand Villa has breathtaking views over the ocean and is situated in quiet natural surroundings. The other villas are some distance apart so privacy is ensured. The house is very cosy and is nicely furnished. There are a pool and terrace, which are big enough for all to use. The owner is very nice and helpful and looks after his guests personally. We had a great time theres and recommend it to anyone who likes to enjoy a nice relaxed holiday apart from the hustle and bustle of big tourist destinations.

We chose Grand Villa in late June, early July for a family get-together. The villa is luxurious with every requirement provided. The setting is spectacular overlooking the turquoise Mediterranean. We swam each day in our villa's beautiful swimming pool or in the sea below. Kayaks, which were extremely popular, and snorkeling gear were available. The owner of the villas could not have been more hospitable. He kindly arranged transport, tours, shopping and even dinners. Grand Villa provided us with the perfect setting for a memorable family get-together.

We recently stayed with our family at the Grand Villa. The owner and his staff made it a most memorable stay. He has done an amazing job with all of the villas and grounds including a spectacular walk to the sea. The accommodations are luxurious, million dollar views, and we cannot forget his dog Dias who was our constant companion! I would highly recommend....
