We stayed (four families and a dog) at this villa in August 2012 for 2 weeks. The villa was fantastic! The villa exceeded our expectations because it is generously spaced, bright and airy inside and the outside areas are absolutely stunning. Each of the five good size bedrooms has its own bathroom and four of them also has direct access to the outside balcony areas. The living room is very spacious and comfortably furnished. There is a good size dining area joined to an adequate kitchen. The pool has excellent facilities, is regularly cleaned, and spotless. The villa was cleaned every day. The house is just 5 minutes from the beach and this is a very serious advantage. The villa has its privacy and it is in a very quiet place with spectacular views. The view of the sunrise was breathtaking. Within a 5 minutes distance you will find a supermarket and some nice and cheap tavernas which also can delivery to the villa whatever you want if you want to spend the whole day in the swimming pool. The owner provided us with a list of useful telephone numbers and some very useful information about where and what to eat and about the best beach. Mirtos beach is just 10 minutes away and it is one the best beach in Greece. I would strongly recommend it!!!

We stayed for one week at this villa in the end of june. The villa was lying in a small village called Agkonas, located in a hillside of the west coast of Kefalonia Island. From the villa there was a spectacular view over the Mediterranean. The villa had plenty of room for two families with 5 children in total. Large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, great standard. The villa had a great outdoor area, with space to sunbath or keeping cool in the shadow at any time of day. The only negative I can think of with the villa is that the kitchen was a bit small for home cooking, that said, the local taverna delivered great food to our doorstep at any time to a price that we found very affordable. The atmosphere in village felt very authentic. It seemed like we where the only tourists there. The house owner was very nice and helpful, and the service was great. The house was cleaned every day. Every morning, the local baker came by and left a bag of bread and other local goodies for breakfast. We also found that the house owner had left behind local fruits, eggs, cheeses, almond candy, home made cake and home made jam when we got back to the house in the afternoon. The village had one taverna, one local grocery shop, one fish restaurant and two beach restaurants. Renting a car was a must, both in order to get to the villa from the airport but also to get around the sights of the island. The island had plenty to offer when it came to sights and beaches. Myrtos beach was a short drive away (15 minutes), the amazing Antisamos beach a bit longer but still well within reach (40 mins). The most memorable cities we visited where Asos (25 mins) and Fiskardo (40 mins). All in all, I have to say that this is the first holiday rental that I've felt like wanting to come back to the very next year, and it's highly recommended.

We stayed at villa 7 days, on May 2nd 2013, at Greek Easter holidays, 3 families with 4 children. The house was very comfortable with an incredible atmosphere and a breathtaking view from pool area. The rooms was very nice decorated, with beautiful balconies each one. The children was very happy all the time, they had plenty of space to play, swim and have fun.The adults was also happy and relaxed. The location of the villa is suitable for someone who wants to make excursions every day, to south and north beautiful beaches and villages. The "Agkonas" village is a traditional small one, with a taverna and a mini market with everything you need for cooking at home. Nearby there is a beach called Ag. Kyriaki. And of course the house owners with the hospitality and all the help that provide us, made our staying at this villa unforgettable. Thank you so much. We'll be back soon.

We spent in this villai one week during the Greek Orthodox Easter holidays. We were 3 couples with 4 kids. The villa is very comfortable, all the bedrooms were so nicely decorated, we couldn't choose which one was the prettiest! The view was fantastic, from all the rooms and the pool area. It has a lot of facilities, even a dishwasher is now included in the kitchen, which was adequate for 4 people to prepare simultaneously coffees and breakfast for the kids! I'd highly recommend the villa, also for the area which is situated, as a hub, equally for the south and the north excursions to traditional villages, and just 15 minutes from Myrtos beach. And last but not least, I'd recommend this villa because of the great hospitality that the owners offered us, the local Easter goodies they prepared for us, and all the tips about the island they provided us to make our holidays unforgettable!

We stayed as a party of 9 at this villa for a week in June. The accommodation and location were perfect for our requirements. The villa is located in a small village around 10 minutes from Myrtos Beach and 15 minutes from Assos. The owner and her cousin were kind enough to meet us on arrival and had arranged for a welcome gift set of preserves, fruit and bread to be left at the accommodation for us on arrival. The outdoor pool area is a particular highlight, with magnificent views over the bay below, coupled with a great seated terrace area which allowed us to watch the sunset in the evenings. The villa itself has all mod-cons and great size rooms with plenty of space for our party of 9 adults. The free wifi was an added bonus and meant that we were able to plot our day trips around Kefalonia with ease. This was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of London and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely villa with great views of the sea. On arrival the owner had filled the fridge with local cheese, bread, jam, honey, veg and fruit which was great and the wine and coffee went down very well. Villa and pool was clean and plenty of bedrooms however can imagine if fully occupied the kitchen might be cosy. The BBQ and terrace was a great way to spend the evening and watching the sunset. Villa is in a tiny village and there wasn't much to do or open in May. Nearest supermarket was in Agrostoli, a 30min drive. Surrounding beaches were pretty, sea was crystal clear. Baker comes daily but only 1 type of bread and the veg man comes twice a week. The owners hospitality really made this holiday for us and was always on hand to help if needed. Recommended for families who really want to get away from it all.

A beautiful villa in a superb location, made outstanding by its wonderful owner, who was attentive, polite and extremely knowledgeable. The stand-out, though, was the magnificent view from the terraces. At one point I thought "I could happily spend an entire summer just sitting here on this sun-bed!" This was one of the best villas we have ever stayed at. In the outskirts of Angonas village, wonderful scenery, pool and a very large garden excellently maintained. Kitchen had every item you could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious and wonderfully designed. Daily cleaning of the rooms and pool was done inconspicuously, without disturbing the occupants. We found the wonderful Ag. Kyriaki beach only 3 km away and the nearby taverna recommended by the owner of the villa. Fantastic food and a very warm welcome given to every customer. This was our first holiday in Kefalonia, a beautiful Island. Definitely not the last visit. Thank you !!

We booked the villa for a party of 12; 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children. Apart from the location, space, decor, breathtaking views and facilities what made all the difference for us was the flexibility of the accommodation. Everyone shared with their preferred buddy and everyone had a comfortable bed. The owner is a wizard with local knowledge and tips. We never set off without first consulting her. If you're on a diet beware the breakfast includes home baking, doughnuts and pain au chocolat from the local baker, fruit, cookies, brioche, rice pudding so you might as well give in and enjoy!!!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this beautiful, spacious house. We were 12 and it never felt crowded - great rooms, bathrooms, etc and shared space, plus good pool and BBQ terraces, both with amazing views over the bay. The owner could not be more delightful. Always incredibly friendly and helpful, even accompanying one of our party to hospital after a fall - above and beyond! We would not hesitate to recommend this house to anybody looking for a big space in a quiet spot on this beautiful island. The only warning: make sure you have worked out your route before setting off from the airport in the dark - it's not easy to find in the dark!
