Stayed for the first week of June as my son was getting married in Lindos nearby. I was really impressed with the photos advertising the villas and I was delighted to find that everything exceeded my expectations. The villa was fully equipped, flat screen t.v. in every room, fantastic bathrooms, the lounge/kitchen and bedrooms as described. Hoped the outside area would be just as luxurious, once again this excelled. I definitely recommend this villa, you could not wish for more for a perfect holiday-excellent location and exceptional accommodation!

Absolutely superb villa. Just off the main straight in Pefkos but far enough away that you don't get the noise. The pool and gardens are extremely clean and are well maintained on a daily basis. The owner and her husband are also very friendly and helpful. Ideal for young families too as cots and high chairs can be provided. Air conditioning throughout and tastefully decorated. I would have no hesitation in recommending these villas to anyone considering visiting Rhodes.

After staying at this villa two years ago we were delighted to return this year. The standard of the accommodation is second to none, withe every possible need catered for. The owner and her family are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We shall continue to recommend Pefkos to everyone as we are sure it's a great place to stay. Thanks once again.

We travel quite a lot and hardly ever go to one and the same place twice as there are so many different gorgeous places and countries to discover. Having said that, we have made only one exception so far. We couldn't resist coming back to this wonderful villa. Like returning home! Great family to manage the villas, very convenient location and comfortable houses. Extra bonus was the best Pefkos restaurant next door. Whenever there was a question or problem, help was also there immediately. We stayed there at Easter time last spring and experienced very warm welcome from the local people to join their festivities. Thank's a lot!

It's home from home... that's what you get when you book there. The villa has everything you could possibly need to relax and enjoy your holiday. The villa is very spacious, clean, comfortable and don't forget it has WI-FI. With arriving so late in resort once all shops are shut, you don't have to worry about water being in the apartment as there is water purchased for you arriving along with other little necessities. You don't have to worry about getting up early in the morning to get to the pool to save your favourite sun lounger. With the pool right on the patio door step, there was plenty room and sun loungers for all the villas. The villa was cleaned everyday, maid was very polite and cheerful. The villa is very central to everything you need to restaurants, bars, shops, bakery and Taxi rank. This is my 3rd time staying in the villa and already looking at going back next year. Highly recommend at booking your next stay here as the owners go out there way to make sure you have the best stay possible (ALL PEFKOS HOTELS DO) but with them being friendly it puts that extra touch on it.

Perfect for family, it's our second stay.. the others describe it very good in details, so I wouldn't insist. It's all very good! One tip: get a car through the owner, eat at Philosophia in Pefkos, at Dimitris' Taverna in St.Paul's Bay in Lindos and go to the Beach at Mojito Beach Bar, 5 km after Gennadi. Perfect Holiday!!

Stayed for one week. We were 8 adults and the house was perfect for us. Clean, new and well designed. Good restaurants close by. Not in the best area of Rhodes but still very good. Great pool and very helpful cleaning crew.

We have recently returned from a one week stay at the 4-bedroom exclusive villa …

We have recently returned from a one week stay at the 4-bedroom exclusive villa which we shared with family friends, total 4 adults and 4 children (6yrs and 3 yrs). This was our second visit to Rhodes, having stayed 2yrs ago in one of the owner's apartments at the complex (8mins walk from villa). The villa, like the apartments, is excellent – modern spec and well equipped. Very modern televisions, fridge/freezer and cooker etc. Villa was cleaned and beds changed daily. There are 2 other villas either side but the villa still felt private and secure. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and one upstairs, along with two twin rooms where the children slept. In the evenings once the children had gone to bed we made use of the outdoor seating area at the rear of the house with fantastic views looking towards the south of the island and hillsides. We could enjoy relaxing with a bottle or wine outside whilst keeping an eye on the children’s bedrooms. The villa is just off the main road into Pefkos, 500m from the end of the main strip with its extensive restaurants, bars and several supermarkets. The nearest beach is around 500m away. The pool was fantastic, used almost every afternoon. It was ideal given the age of the children. We opted to pay extra to have the pool heated given the time of year (late May) and that the 3yr olds would not be swimming as such. Was €25 per day extra and well worth doing so, although would not be needed later in the season. There are lots of options in Pefkos to eat out but I would highly recommend Spitaki restaurant outside the main complex (also deliver to the villa), and the pizzeria. We also made use of the BBQ facilities at the villa one evening, having only to buy charcoal and food. This was our second visit to Rhodes, having stayed at this apartment complex in Pefkos 2 years earlier. The owner is a fantastic host and leaves nothing unattended. Because our flight from London was delayed we did not arrive in Pefkos until late. Regardless, she met us at her main complex (easier to find) and took us to the villa for a tour. We were greeted with some basic essentials (bread, milk, cheese and butter) and a bottle of sparkling wine which went down a treat. At the time of our visit 2yrs beforehand our son was only 18months old and was on a goats milk dairy diet due to some health issues. We had asked the owner whether the local supermarket in Rhodes stocked goat’s milk. In making her enquiries she discovered that the local supermarket did not, but was able to speak to the manager to request that they order some for us specifically, which was much appreciated. On our latest visit we returned home to discover that our camera had been left behind in the villa despite us checking the place over before we checked out. After emailing the owner it was found behind the double bed. She was really helpful and generous in organising for our camera to be sent back to the UK, even refusing to accept the postage fee. I can highly recommend both apartments and the private villa. Both families had a great time. Sad to leave but have some good photos (now that we have our camera again) and hopefully we can return to Rhodes soon.

We took a chance booking through the internet and have not regreted staying at all. We were total of 4 adults and 4 children (6,7,8 and 9 years). The villa was as it looked on the picture, no bad surprises at all. The owner, who welcomed us, was helpful just a phone call away. She even stopped by a few times, just to check that everything was ok. Very assuring. The Beach was lovely, small alcoves who made it feel like we were all alone. The sandcastle we built yesterday, was still there the next day... But every review should have something to be improved, but unfortunately the owner couldn't fix a better sidewalk for walking to downtown Pefkos. :-) They drive fast, so please be careful when enjoying your stay at the villa.
