We have just got back from 10 days in Pefkos and cannot fault either the accommodation or the location. The owner and her husband were very friendly and caring hosts and made us feel at home from the moment we got there. The accommodation had everything you need to make it feel as comfortable as being at home with a real eye for detail from the owner in ensuring everything was just right and with a very high class finish throughout. It was a perfect base for us with two young children as they were happy playing in the lovely pool but we were also only a very short walk from the beach which was also fantastic. We were spoilt for choice for places to eat out with Spitaki being our favourite as recommended by the owner and with the added bonus of a 10% discount for guests from the villa complex. We have already booked for May half term next year and are counting down the days!!

Fantastic villa. Plenty of room, well equipped and spotlessly clean. This villa is close to all the amenities and also to the beach. I have never been one to go to the same place twice but will be booking here again soon. The villa was stocked with some food before we got there but the supermarket is virtually at the end of the drive and if you need anything else, it's not far to go. The owner was especially helpful and help sort out car hire at a much better price than the big rental companies. Thoroughly recommended especially for families.

We spent a wonderful week at this villa and the only thing about it that might put me off booking it again was its location, which is right next to the main coastal road. While not a dual carriageway it does get quite busy during the day and initially I found the traffic noise a little irritating but by the middle of the week I had stopped noticing it. It does quieten down completely at night so did not in any way disturb our sleep. I suppose if you want to be within an easy walk of the beach and have a sea view you should expect to be quite close to the road. There are about 6 properties in this complex and those on the higher tier are further away from the road so if you thought the traffic might bother you it would be worth requesting one of the other villas. The villa itself was amazing, extremely well equipped and comfortable and we couldn't have asked for more. We wanted luxury when we were searching for a villa and this property didn't disappoint in any way. The pool was a real luxury and beautifully clean and well maintained. The sun loungers and parasols were starting to get a little worn and could do with upgrading but were still very comfortable. We spent a couple of days without leaving the villa at all except to go across the road to the Coralli restaurant for an evening meal. We actually ate there 4 nights in a row; it was so good and had such an extensive menu we didn't see the point in going further afield. The beach directly across from the villa is shingly and unmanaged but was very quiet when we were there so if you want to stay away from the crowds it will suit the purpose. There is a managed beach a few hundred yards along the road towards Pefkos but we didn't go to it other than for a preliminary look as it appeared rather badly managed with broken sun-loungers and parasols abandoned along the top of the beach and a toilet portacabin with non-functioning toilets. The main beach in Pefkos itself is much nicer as are the beaches at Lindos which is well worth a boat trip for the day. There is a small supermarket directly across the road selling everything you need when you first arrive and which stays open until 11pm. Pefkos itself is within easy walking distance if you want to go out for a meal or to a larger supermarket. The manager could not have been more helpful and polite and certainly did not over-impose herself. The cleaner popped in for no more than an hour each day to make the beds nicely and empty the waste bins but she was very discrete. Overall a very enjoyable holiday that I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We stayed in this villa in May this year, it was the second time we have been and we would have no hesitation in going again. The owner makes you feel so welcome and the villa, pool and gardens are kept in lovely condition. The daily maid service was a real luxury and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. A great location, with a good range of restaurants and cafe bars within a few minutes walk and a mini market across the road (great for ice creams and other essentials!). The beaches are clean and peaceful and take between 10-15 mins walk to get to. Looking forward to going back soon!

We had a lovely stay at the villa, the property is stunning! Highlights are the beautiful pool area with views of the sea, the outdoor eating area with BBQ and the well equipped kitchen! All the rooms are a good side and have mosquito nets and shutters on the window- great idea! The property is just outside the centre of Pefkos, but easily walkable if you have the time (about 15 minutes). We found it useful having use of a hire car to explore (the owner can help you sort it out with a local provider for a reasonable price). The villa is expensive to rent but very nice - we stayed there most of the time rather than going to the beach. The only downside if you have very small children (we have twins of 2 years) is the marble floor became slippy when wet and the stairs are quite open, but as long as you take care this is only a minor thing.

We arrived here on 20th June 2012 for a week holiday, 6 adults and 2 babies. The villa itself was wonderful, very luxurious and fully equipped with all the mod cons. The pool was absolutely stunning, with the backdrop of the sea, it was just beautiful! Our host was also very very helpful, advising of local restaurants and sorting us out with a hire car for 5 days at $100, very cheap! Pefkos town is very nice, only a 10 min walk away, the road is quite dangerous, just be on your guard! We never had any problems though. Gorgeous restaurants, tepsis being one of them, very good food and service. What more could you want! We had BBQ's nearly every night, just relaxed around our gorgeous villa and was very sad to say goodbye! Be wary of the taxi drivers, it should cost no more than $10 from one end of Pefkos to the other, it isn't very big! Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from too.

We stayed at the 3 bedroomed villa the first week of September 2012. The villa was absolutely stunning, exceptionally clean and we were pretty amazed with how well stocked the villa was (even shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms!). The pool was beautiful and spotlessly clean. In fact, having stayed in loads of villas in the past, I'd honestly say this was by far the best we've stayed in! The owner is lovely; very helpful and accommodating and we'd have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. Will definitely be going back at some point in the future.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa for 2 weeks in July- Aug. The owner was there to greet us on our arrival despite the late hour, she showed us round the villa and told us about local area which was a great help. She was available for advice/information throughout our stay if we needed to speak to her, she didn't impose herself on us and became a friend of the family. The villa itself was fabulous, well equipped, spacious and decorated to a high standard, the area around the villa is beautiful with lots of trees and flowers. The pool is a welcome sight when the temperatures exceed 30 degrees! Despite staying there in the height of summer we hardly heard the traffic noise which was minimal to say the least. If you have a family with young children who need to sleep don't worry about the music from Pefkos itself as most of the music is turned down by midnight. We dined out most evenings and our favourites were Spitakis and the Italian restaurant opposite Spitakis (it has red chillies as its symbol). Both served excellent food with a lovely atmosphere with good value for money. The beaches, bars and restaurants are a short walk away from the villas so everything you may need for a memorable family holiday is within walking distance. I noticed families with young children as well as teenage children which shows that Pefkos is ideal for families of all ages. Will definitely return with friends/family and have no hesitation in highly recommending this beautiful complex to anyone.

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation at this villa in Pefkos, we were 3 families. Space, luxury and privacy for the 3 families was amazing, the villa is completely equipped with whatever you will need, everything in the villa is of superior standard. Few metered from the villa are 2 supermarkets, lots of restos, cafes, bars within walking distance from the villa, st Thomas beach, a quite but very nice beach within min walking. You need to hire a car if you want to see all the beautiful beaches Rhodes has to offer, Lindos and its charming old town is just a 10 min drive from the villa, we went there on several occasions. In summary, I recommend the villa and will be there again for sure. The best thing about it is the owner, who was helpful with any questions we had, she made us really feel at home.
