Aegean Retreat

A magnificent building of 400 m2 that is built on several levels to maximize the view of the Aegean Sea. The building embraces the land rising up from the sea front and extends over the ridge to look into the river basin. It has 2 large living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Gardens of 4000 m2 are landscaped and planted and accommodate some 300m2 of stone-paved balconies and verandas. (Up to 8 persons) Aegea Blue Villa is fully furnished with carefully selected furniture, household items and objects of art by acknowledged artisans making it one of the most beautiful living spaces in Andros. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen that is adequate for supporting small private events.

FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
