It has been a great holiday in Attica Regal. The staff is amazing, nothing is a problem for them and the quality of the property, the large pool, the view over the ocean. Thank you for the great hospitality.

My family and friends (18 adults and 4 children) have just returned from the most fantastic time at Attica Regal. Ok, let's get the negatives out of the way first. We went a little bit too early as the season doesn't really start until the beginning of May. So the first couple of days were a bit tricky and be warned there are no local buses. But the owner was good enough to open the villa early so I could have my birthday celebrations there. Also, on hindsight, a car would probably have been useful to get further afield but read on for info on the taxi service. The description is slightly wrong about the ensuite rooms, there are only 9 as two are suites of 5 (a two and a three bedded room with a shared bathroom). This turned out to perfect for our couples with children. Now for the positives. The villa is in the most beautiful location. Still wonderfully Greek and untouched by British influence. The staff were just amazing. So helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We did not have a car but whenever we needed transport, they would phone the local taxi and if they could not come, they would send someone to take us. We were never let down by being in such a remote place. The views are to die for. The pool was great but a bit cold due to the time of year. The beach is stoney but oh so clean and clear. Most of the locals only spoke Greek but that added to the pleasure of being there. I would strongly recommend the trip from Agia Marina to the island of Evia. We asked for 5 taxis and that's what we got!! Well, 5 cars anyway. Absolutely brilliant. Also, you must try their cooking - fabulous. I could go on and on but to cap it - we had an amazing, fabulous time and I could not have chosen a better place to celebrate my birthday.
