We (three adults and two small kids) stayed at this villa for two weeks in August, 2013. Anybody who would see pictures of the villa would appreciate its style, convenience, and scenic views from a humongous balcony (the best part of the house). But what we loved the most was an exceptional hospitality of the owners who went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make our stay as pleasant as possible. This was reflected in many things, ranging from setting up a play ground for our kids in the backyard to arranging for delicious dinners in Old Podstrana. We will definitely come to this villa again!

We (wife and two boys, 7 and 5 y.o) arrived at almost 11pm, to be met by the owner who couldn't have been more accommodating. Even at this time it was his mission to help us settle in. We loved the middle floor apartment, especially the amazing balcony, lounge room (massive flat screen TV, with complimentary pay TV; led lighting) and main bathroom (rain shower and massive bath). Above all we were made to feel welcome by the host, not the least was the complimentary hamper (local food, wine, bread, olive oil, beer etc. etc.) on arrival, but also the time he gave us and enthusiasm he showed for the places to eat and visit in Dalmatia. The apartment and surrounds were exceptionally clean upon arrival, all amenities (dishwaher, washing machine, oven, tumble dryer) within the apartment were working, with nice crockery, cookware, good utensils and very nice glassware - perfect for the local red and white wines. There was piles of detailed and current information for us to read and use to explore the area. There was a small supermarket very close and various places to eat (including some of his recommendations) within easy walking distance. As is the beach, which is 3 minutes walk - a bit longer on the way back (up the hill!!). The owner is progressively updating the apartment, so there is a bit of a contrast between the older and new refurbishment. You can be reassured that the, unlike many places you see on the web that don't quite correlate in real life with the photo's, this villa will exceed your expectations. Thanks - the weather may have been poor, but you made our stay memorable.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Really nice rooms, great terrace, fantastic sea views and the biggest flat screen TV I've ever seen (normally we don't bother with such things, but it was so huge we just had to watch something!) The owner is the perfect host: very friendly, gracious, helpful, etc. He even had wine (and beer) and a platter with local cheese and meats waiting for us - not to mention a couple of small bottles of the local "hooch". He is a great resource for local sites, restaurants (2 of our best meals came by way of him) and all things "Croatian". We'll definitely be back!
