  • Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.
  • Rollaway beds, travel cots and high chairs can be requested for an additional charge, and are subject to availability. 
  • Please ensure you leave all keys and remotes inside the property on departure.
  • You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. These must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
  • One child under 4 is free per booking. If the guest does not have a portacot, this will need to be hired and is subject to availability.
  • The property manager's office hours are 9am-5pm so if you wish to check in outside these hours, you will just need to phone or email the property manager in order for a key to be put into a lockbox for you. The office is located in Pyrmont.

FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
