If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

  • Best taxi company: Who needs a taxi, you have your very own golf buggy to cruise round the island.
  • Closest money machine: Trader Petes money machine is a 2 minute walk from your door
  • Closest liquor store: Hamilton Island Liquor store is underneath the main pub; near the yacht club.
  • Closest grocery store: Hamilton Island general store is a 5 minute walk from your door
  • Best grocery store: The best thing to do is order your groceries before you arrive. This can be done through coles online. Great service delivered to your door.
  • Best free activities: Walk up to passage peak to enjoy some of the best views is Australia.
  • Best paid activities: No trip is complete without a trip to Whitehaven beach!!
  • Best night restaurants: Treat yourself at the Bommie restaurant!!
  • Best lunch eateries: Hamilton island Deli, and pop-eyes fish'n'chips is perfect for lunch.
  • Best breakfast eateries: Pool terrace restaurant in the Reef View hotel offers a very large buffet breakfast everyday. Alternatively you can enjoy breakfast with the Koala's at Hamilton Island Wildlife park.
  • Best local café/coffee: Loads of cafes and restaurants are right on your doorstep at the Hamilton Island Marina; this includes the awared winning Bommie restaurant in the Hamilton Island Yacht Club.
