This very charming, lovely and cosy Kensington & Chelsea studio apartment is located in a modern and incredibly well maintained & secure serviced apartment block. This property is absolutely perfect for couples that wish to experience a short city break in London’s most exquisite location, staying in a comfortable, quiet and functional apartment. Property The property itself is very clean and well-equipped with everything that you need to get the most out of your stay. It benefits from high ceilings and good-sized windows that let in plenty of sunlight. The property comes with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, plus fast and reliable Wifi access throughout. We are also able to offer free landline telephone calls to 36 destinations including Australia, the USA and Europe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and store food, plus there is a clothes washer/drier combo so that you can pack a little lighter for your trip! Clean towels and linen will be provided, and the property will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. The property is located in a secure block of serviced apartments. The building itself is very modern throughout with a lobby which looks like one that would be found in a five start hotel! The elevators are modern and also quick. A unique feature of this self-catering property is the 24 hour desk staff, who are available round-the-clock to help you and answer any questions that you have about the area. London is a big place with lots to do and many of our guests have found the front-desk staff to be incredibly helpful during their stay. Location of this Holiday Property This is one of London’s finest locations, situated on the borders of Kensington, Belgravia and Chelsea, three of the most upmarket and prestigious areas in London. It’s just a short walk back to the property from either Slone Square station or South Kensington station through one of London’s safest and best areas. The property is conveniently located near a supermarket, plus there are plenty of shops nearby, including a dry cleaning service, some coffee shops and a pharmacy. Considering that the property is located right in the heart of Central London the property is very quiet with very little traffic noise. Many guests that have stayed with us say they cannot believe they’re in Central London because it’s very quiet. With this property you are very close to some of London’s finest shops, attractions and restaurants. For those wishing to see the sights and experience the attractions the property is within easy walking distance to famous attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the Royal Albert Hall. Fans of shopping will not find a better location anywhere in the world. It’s just a ten minute walk from the property to Knightsbridge, which includes the world famous Harrods department store, as well as several flagship stores of many British and international fashion houses. In addition there are plenty of exclusive shops and boutiques on Sloane Street, London’s best street for shopping. FAIR (60 days)
If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

Venue Information

Notes: 1. The property sleeps two people only. Two people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time. 2. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours.  3. Absolutely strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately. 4. No pets/animals please in the flat or in the building. 5. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid for of identification. The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party. The security deposit is fully refundable within 3 working days of check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.  The property will contact you in advance to arrange key collection and check-in. Late check-in after 19.00 is subject to a surcharge.
