What I liked: - the owner is the perfect hostess. - very clean and cozy. - location is perfect / great neighborhood. - you have everything you need. - comfortable bed and pillows. - the heater works fine. What I didn't like: - shower booth is too tight (but the shower is great). - if you are a light sleeper you may have trouble (actually for me it was ok, but my boyfriend had some sleeping problems).

I booked the apartment for my parents who came to visit. They live in a very quiet street in France, so I wasn't sure how it would be for them to sleep in a flat on Kingsland road. It was actually great and they slept very well! We love music and we were spoilt with choice of venues (concerts, jam sessions), walking distance from the flat. Charlie Wrights, Hoxton Jam, Underbelly of Hoxton, Hoxton Bar and Kitchen... The flat is very nice, just like on the photo. A very nice place to come back to after long days visiting London. A very nice place to relax, to cook, to have lunch/dinner. And the location is just perfect. Restaurants, groceries, overground and bus stop around at the doorstep. The host was really helpful and flexible to arrange a time for me to get the keys. I'll book again and will recommend the place to my friends.

Great, lively neighbourhood with public transport very close- about a 1 minute walk from Hoxton Station and 15m from the bus stop. Apartment looked exactly like the pictures, clean and bigger than expected (for a London Apartment). Ample bedding and towels provided. Slightly noisy at night, if you're a light sleeper but we all seemed to manage fine.
