We are delighted to present this is absolutely beautiful two-bedroom self-catering holiday rental property that’s located in the heart of Central London. The property is within walking distance from The Houses of Parliment, Westminster Abbey and the Tate Gallery. This is an absolutely perfect London holiday accommodation for families or groups of around four to six people that visiting our city that wish to make the most of their time in London. The property itself is split on two levels. On the top level there is the open plan living and kitchen area. This is light, refreshing and beautifully refurbished. The modern kitchen features very new appliances plus it’s fully furnished with plates, glasses, cutlery and everything one needs to entertain and prepare food. The living area has plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax, and the dining area can sit up to six people. On the lower floor are the two bedrooms. Both rooms are large, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and equipped with large wardrobes, so there’s plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the rooms features a high specification en-suite bathroom. Also on the bottom level is another bathroom which is refurbished to a very high standard and features bath, shower and heated towel rail.

Notes: 1. The property sleeps six people only. Six people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time. 2. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours. 3. Absolutely strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately. 4. No pets/animals please in the flat or in the building. 5. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid for of identification. The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party. The security deposit is fully refundable within 3 working days of check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The property will contact you in advance to arrange key collection and check-in. Late check-in after 19.00 is subject to a surcharge.
