This was my third time in London and my girlfriends first time. We can both say we picked the perfect cozy apartment in the best location. The Tottenham Court Road Tube station was a 5 minute walk which was very convenient. Being from New York, we like to walk and take in the scenery so being located in central London gave us a perfect opportunity to be able to walk to different parts of every neighborhood. The actual apartment was very comfortable and cozy. The shower is not what we're used to (pretty small) but it was fine. There's a lot of appliances, utensils and any little thing you'd ever need already stocked for you. The apartment was clean and inviting. Since you're located so central to London, close to the street and close to pretty much everything, it can get loud during the night/early morning where people are going to pubs and whatnot. Great place for a great price! Definitely recommended.

Great location in the busy West End. Nothing fancy, but we were comfortable. Lots of good natural light but with good dark shades for sleeping. Might be loud in the summer if you had to sleep with the windows open, but it was ok in March. Wifi was good and we used the washing machine without any problems. Shower is tiny, but I guess that's to be expected in London.

The apartment was very well equipped and in a great location. Unfortunately the windows did not block out all of the noise from the busy street outside, making sleeping difficult at times. It was also rather warm in the apartment, with just a small fan for the entire space. Apart from these issues, we very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was in a very secure building and we felt safe at all times.

The place was in a great location and just as expected (small but cute). Everything functioned great, and the owners were very responsive and easy to work with. My only recommendation to them was to stock shampoo/conditioner or to mention to bring your own, as I ended up coming in late needing a shower and not having anything. Really close to several Tube stations. It was hot so had to leave the windows open and was noisy, but nothing ear plugs couldn't handle. Great experience overall and would definitely stay there again.

Location is perfect. The place was very clean and had pretty much everything needed for our stay. The kitchen is stocked with supplies and while small, the refrigerator and microwave were great to have. There can be quite a crowd outside, making noise late into the night as there is a bar across the street that stays open until about 4am and is usually crowded, especially on weekends. We slept with the windows closed and could still hear some noise but it was bearable. The layout/design of the flat was great and made the space feel bigger than it is. The shower was quite small but it wasn't a problem. Two Tube stations are within a few minutes walking and you are right in the heart of SoHo. After our few nights there I didn't want to leave! The host was very responsive and we were able to check in early. It felt like we were truly living in London for the few days we were there and I would definitely return to the city and this flat.
