Academy Loft apartment is the whole top floor of an attractive old warehouse, former furniture factory and latterly a picture framing workshop.  Perfect for a family or group of friends, the whole loft was recently renovated in spring 2014 and is both stylish and modern but retains a lot of its retro charm. The ever buzzing Hoxton Square is just around the corner. In the heart of Shoreditch, East London's cool shops, trendy bars and popular restaurants are all in the neighbourhood. The markets of Columbia Road, Spitalfields, and Brick Lane are a short walk away.

If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
