The apartment and complex was absolutely lovely. To be honest it exceeded my expectations because I thought the furnishing looked a little clinical from the photos and I found it surprisingly spacious. The beds were perhaps more firm than I would choose but that is a personal thing and certainly did not impact our sleep. Loved it and would certainly recommend. The distance from shops was comfortable although the climb back up hill steep, but short enough not to be overwhelming. ️️️️️

Apartment is really beautiful, as good as the pictures show. Well equipped too, toiletries, kitchen ware, etc. Main pool and gym were amazing too. Near to the beach however steep slope and walking is really not an option, unless you're looking for a workout! Overall amazing amazing stay, perhaps only disappointment was that the private pool was not as clean, water seemed murky.

I would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous home. The accommodations were modern with many amenities including using the clubhouse gym and pool facilities. The views from the apartment were amazing. Our host was wonderful as the villa supervisor. She helped us with various details of our stay, including setting up in-house massages, setting up a half day van trip, giving us advice and was accommodating with our various requests. This made things so much easier for us as we were a family traveling with 4 small children. The previous reviews are accurate in that the apartment is on a pretty steep hill. However, we didn't mind the 5-10 minute walk down the hill to Kata Beach and we would take a tuk-tuk back to the apartment. We also rented a motor bike which made running small errands much easier and there is a reserved parking spot. Highly recommend this accommodation, and thank you for having us!

Loved the views of the house and all was as expected for the pictures. Communication with the property manager was very easy and I would recommend anyone to try this place for their holidays.
