Brilliant! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, spacious apartment finished to a high standard. Made to feel very welcome and the host was very helpful in making our stay enjoyable, as well as the friendly staff. Apartment was kept very clean and well looked after with plenty of amenities close by and 2 beaches either side to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Very large apartment, clean and well appointed. Large and comfortable beds, clean linen. Modern air conditioning system in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Dinner in the apartment can be ordered at an Italian restaurant owned residence. There is an extra refrigerator for drinks and wine. The huge bath. Internet works everywhere. Located on the territory of a closed residence. Two swimming pools on site. Small gym with the installation of Smith and treadmills. Everything is very well maintained. Quiet. One of the main advantage of this place - 2 minutes to the best - Kata Beach. Opposite the residence - Spa center and another good restaurant overlooking the sea. Very touched by caring of the staff. Cleaning and linen change 3 times a week at the highest level. Manager help with rental cars, taxis and other matters. My husband and I, spoiled five-star hotels, feel at home in this apartment. The location is perfect, right between 2 nice beaches that you can access walking distance. The apartment is great and spacious, exactly as shown on the picture. The lady at the reception is very nice and helpful. She will help you out with all the booking if you plan to go for a boat tour. We were very happy and will definitely come back. The apartment was clean, well appointed and in a quiet area, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. Our contact was very sweet and helpful and when we let her know the TV wasn't working well she promptly replaced it the following day. The large terrace was lovely and while the weather did not cooperate, I think it would be the perfect place to relax and read a book on a nice day. The only suggestion I have is to install outlets in the bathrooms for hairdryers, otherwise, a perfect apartment!
