Wasn't sure what to expect, for the photos looked good and I had heard of the good reputation of the landlord. But when we arrived even I was surprised at the quality of the place, and the level of help and service. Perfect, just perfect. Very new and so clean. We had everything we needed. I liked the balcony and the pool area was a haven for my partner and the kids. Like a special and exclusive place. We used some of the extra services on offer, ie. travelling around Krabi, and this was done without any hassle from the two serving staff that stay opposite. That was a good feature too. We felt safe and could ask them anything. So helpful, and always with a smile. Can't really think of anything to criticise. I think we should have booked for 4 weeks instead of two.

We stayed a week at the house. The house itself was gorgeos, perfect for 3 or 4 people. The pool and garden are great for lounging and there is lots of privacy. The only bad thing is you have to get a ride any time you want to go to town or the market. But most tours pick you up there anyways and the caretaker is very accomodating about giving lifts into town.

We are a young family with 2 children aged 4 and 1. We stayed at Krabi Luxury in for 3 months. The owner is a most pleasant chap and nothing is too much of a problem for the lovely always smiling onsite caretakers of the property. They will give you lifts in their songthaew wherever you want to go, organise BBQs and fix any problems that come up immediately. The cook cooks the very best Thai food on demand and can also provide Thai cooking lessons, which my wife thoroughly enjoyed. The accommodation is superb pristine and with all modcons, excellent aircon, wifi, tv, kitchen with all appliances. The interior is stunning, made with a lot of dark wood and there is a large balcony and downstairs outdoor area under the house which we used as a dining room. The whole house boasts incredible views. Nothing quite beats a candlelit dinner under a dry roof whilst still being outside when the rains pour down. The small garden directly around each of the 3 villas is heavily laden with tropical plants and there is a space in front of each villa for private parking. The piece de resistance is the large swimming pool with waterfall and poolside BBQ and seating area, plus the manicured lawn and gardens beside. The area can be lit up at night and with the backdrop of the mountains is beautiful. The location is stunning. 5 minute drive from the beach. Almost underneath the mind boggling limestone mountain structures which can be viewed everywhere on the property. Ban Chong Pli is a lovely little village and I would highly recommend eating at the couple of local places, which serve some every tasty and spicy local thai food as well as burgers. There are several shops as well and it is possible to buy beers, and the 7 11 is only a few minutes down the road anyway. The people are very friendly. There are so many things to see and do in the local area that you will find it hard to get bored here. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

I have just returned with my wife having spent a couple of weeks in this houses. First off, you will find the owner a most professional person to deal with, and he will give you all the info you need in his own relaxed way. The house itself is stunning and presented in a pristine condition with all the ammenities you require for your stay. The on site caretakers will look after all your needs if you need them but if you want to go your own way then your privacy is maintained. The gardens and pool area are stunning. I could go on with so many descriptive praises but all I will say is that we will both be back. We found all aspects of the house, gardens and service impecable. A most wonderfull stay.

We loved the house. And the pool area which is separate to the the homes side by side is the best part. It was a large space and the host was so accommodating. The kitchen is located downstairs and outside adjoining a fenced private eating area which was really nice for breakfast. It has both a downstairs outside bathroom and an inside one. Good - size, pool, host, staff. Bad - only that it's in a quite little village not much off a main road and that might not be to everyone's tastes. But to us to mix with the locals is great. Also has a mosque pretty close and that could be a benefit or not, depending on if you are Muslim. All in all, a good stay.

Krabi Luxury was excellent for our stay for 4 nights. Well designed compact villas with neat maintenance and the villa manager was excellent in his service and guidance throughout our trip. The villa is good for 4 adults and 3-4 kids and surely the place is enjoyable. The place is approximately 15 mins from ao Nang beach from where there are lot of options to choose for various island trips and shopping as well. I will surely choose this place given a chance to visit Krabi in the neat future.

It was lovely to be able to relax in our own villa away from the crowds but still be so close to the action. The pool and surrounding area was fantastic. The Manager was most helpful and friendly. Facilities were great. All in all, a great place for a family or a group of friends.
