As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $1000 or 30,000 THB (cash only).

Services upon request at an extra charge: portacot, highchair, babysitting, massage, spa services, chartered boat services, car rental with full insurance coverage, private chef for dinner (2,000 THB per setting, guests pay cost + 20% for food)
