Please note your booking will be subject to 17.7% service and government tax which will be shown in your booking total.

Refundable security deposit: USD $1,500

Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12pm.

Early arrival or late departure is subject to the availability of the villa and extra fees will be imposed as follows:

Check-in
From 10am and onwards - 50% of the regular daily rate
Before 10am - 100% of the regular daily rate
* These additional fees include the cost of our chef to prepare lunch.

Check-out
Until 6pm - 50% of the regular daily rate
After 6pm - 100% of the regular daily rate

For weddings and events (max. 30 guests), there's an event fee of USD $1,000. All events and weddings must be organized by a professional planner. A plan for the event must be submitted to the Villa Concierge for approval at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding or event.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. Smoking is only allowed outside on the grounds, where an ashtray can be provided by the Villa Manager.

Noise must be kept at a reasonable minimum level, especially from 11pm to 8am while guests are sleeping.

All rentals include Chef Service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All food and beverages purchased on behalf of the guests are charged at a price of cost plus a 20% surcharge that covers food preparation, transportation, time involved in the shopping and cooking process, and the use of the kitchen.
