If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Relaxed Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 30 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 30 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.

  • Other comments: Bang Po Beach, where our resort the resort is located, is a quieter area on the northern shore of Koh Samui. Bang Por beach offers the perfect setting for those seeking a more sedate holiday
  • Best taxi company: Resort Office will assist with requests for taxis or car rental
  • Closest money machine: ATM machines available 5 minutes drive from the resort
  • Closest liquor store: Closest liquor store is 15 minutes drive away. Resort has grocery order service and can purchase on guests' behalf
  • Closest grocery store: 30 minutes drive away. Resort has grocery order service and can purchase on guests' behalf
  • Best grocery store: Tesco Supermarket is 30 minutes drive away
  • Best free activities: Kayaking, table tennis, pool table, foosball table, private gym available within the villa
  • Best paid activities: Jetskiing, spa treatments can be arranged. Villa has its own private spa room for massages
  • Best night restaurants: Choice of very good nigh restaurants available at Fisherman's Village, 20 minutes drive from the resort
