Christmas lunch is shaping up to be a combination of seafood and BBQ here at the Villa, there is really no need to go anywhere else as there is everything that we need right here, great location, excellent facilities and wonderful cooks so we couldn't ask for a more perfect Christmas Day.

A stunningly beautiful home with large pool overlooking the water. The staff is friendly and helpful, keeping the property clean. Any of your needs are immediately meet by the live-in staff or via email with the owner. Each room has its own bathroom with tub and shower and is nicely decorated and spacious. With a pool, pool table, kayaking, games and a spectacular view, you won't want to leave and wish you had more time there. A true once in a lifetime accommodation, we will be going back (hopefully soon!)

All I can say is WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL magnificent home WONDERFUL location WONDERFUL people that own the home. The owner was always in touch, and answered and SOLVED every question or concern I had in a quick manor. WONDERFUL staff. The husband and wife staff were amazing! They were always there for us and took care of every question we had. We never felt like they were being inconvenienced by our sometimes stupid questions. We wish we could have spent more time with them as they were fun to have around. They were a large part of the wonderful time we spent there. We all will miss them, and everything about our stay at this villa. I wish I could buy the house next door!

We had a wonderful time at this stunning villa with total 7 adults and 4 young children. The villa is massive overlooking beautiful ocean, it caters for travellers at all ages. The rooms are all so comfy and the hospitality from the staff are top class. Everything is excellent!!!!! We didn't want to leave at all! Moi is a great cook, her dinner and breakfast are better that restaurant, super yummy especially the her tom yum soup if you are spicy lover. The owner is very kind and responsive, she ensured all pre-arrival requests are well prepared in advance. We will be in touch again soon for our next stay at this villa. Thanks for everything!

I had an absolutely fabulous time during my stay at this villa. The villa is located on an expansive section with a gorgeous view of the ocean which can be enjoyed during the day while swimming in the pool or in the evening as the sun sets over the mountains on the other side of the bay. While staying there we ate out at the local restaurants which were very good, however without out a doubt the best food I had in Thailand was made by the very talented in house chef. We had delicious spring rolls, freshly caught whitebait, and a lovely creamy thai curry. I also enjoyed villa's unique and spacious design. As you enter the villa past the goldfish pond and onto the main stairway you really feel like you're in your own paradise. Every room in the villa has a view of the ocean but has also been positioned to offer privacy from neighbouring properties. This gives the feeling of peace and seclusion which was a welcome relief after spending time in the fast paced world of Bangkok. I had a wonderful time staying at this villa in Samui and 100% recommend to anyone looking to travel to Koh Samui.

Fabulous villa, wonderful setting, superb food & service. A very cleverly designed villa. All 4 bedrooms have wonderful sea views and their own individual patios with seating and loungers. The live-in staff were very attentive without being imposing and provided excellent service, food - and cocktails!! A large infinity pool with amazing views across the bay. There is plenty to see and explore on the island and the local people are warm and friendly. A visit to the Friday Night Market is a must!!

Upon entering the villa we were welcomed by a warm greeting, personalized tour, cool beverage and a chilled towel. The entire welcome was infused with what we would come to know as the relaxing essence of Thailand. From booking to departure everything was first class service! The owner was quick to communicate, easy to work with, and so pleasant in our exchanges. Everything she promised didn't disappoint - we had transportation to the villa ready and waiting, the staff to greet us, a dinner prepared for the first night, as well as a friendly property manager and remaining team ready and willing to ensure our vacation was spectacular! The house itself is incredible! Four perfectly proportioned rooms to ensure vacation doesn't start with a battle for the best one. All have an amazing view of the incredible sunsets that the island offers. The bathrooms are gorgeous and modern, and the airconditioning is not simply a box that is checked on the site, but actually works and works great! In regard to location, it is set on the upper part of the island that is still being developed a bit, and therefore you won't have the overpowering stress that you encounter in the other areas that we visited on Koh Samui. Within walking distance there is Six Senses that allows for dinner or just a cocktail, as well as other local spots such as an icecream shop and a local corner store for quick snacks. However, both Peter and Nu were always available to arrange transportation to local markets or liquor stores when needed. If you don't want to make the drive, Nu makes an amazing margarita! When a longer ride was necessary, the staff called us a van with a driver who we quickly made friends with and was always available within 10-20 minutes to pick us up whenever we needed him. The same driver even drove us around to two different temples, waited for us, and then dropped us off at the beach for only 700 baht. Now, many of the above items can possibly be found at other villas, but what stood out the most was the special things that can't be found elsewhere... The property manager is an energetic and colorful character who knows the island well. He led us to several stores so we could have a 4th of July bbq like we were back in the states, and also gave us the best recommendations of where to go on the island. His advice became the only advice we listened to - if he said it, it must be true! The one time we didn't listen we ended up at a location down the road with bugs cooked into our food... and not on purpose! Speaking of food, you will get to experience Muey's cooking once in the evening as well as every morning. I recommend arranging at least one additional dinner - it is amazing! Best Thai food we had!! Muey's skills didn't stop...

We stayed at this villa a couple of weeks ago. There are a lot of beautiful Villas in Koh Samui, but this one is unique for the following reasons: 1. It is absolutely beautiful and faces west even though it is on the North of the island. We wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of Chaweng but also stay not too far from Chaweng beach and the airport and this villa is in just the right position. We had the most amazing sunsets from the Villa. 2. The villa itself is classy and modern with a gorgeous infinity swimming pool, open lounge-kitchen area with a pool table and a fantastic surround system. Every day we played pool, listened to music, swam in the lovely warm pool, caught up on our reading and simply relaxed in bliss. There are TVs in every room but we never turned them on even once during our stay as we just loved relaxing by the pool. 3. Muey is an amazing cook and she cooked the most delicious Thai dishes on request. Muey and Nu catered to our every request with the most enthusiasm. Nu drove us to the Golden Buddha and Chaweng beach one day. There is a charge for this, but worth it as we did not want to rent a car. Muey also sorted out our laundry for us. Muey organised massages for us by the pool one evening during sunset. 4. This villa is so well built that every bedroom and the living/kitchen areas have fantastic, unobstructed views of the sea. 5. It's right next door to the Six Senses where we had lunch one day. Six Senses is beautiful, but we preferred our villa because of the fantastic view and privacy. I would highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to our next visit there :-)

This villa was perfect for our group of eight. There is a large open public area for the residences of the house including a living room with comfortable sofa seating, a pool table, open kitchen with large eat in island, spanning to the infinity edge pool. It's a nice area for all to gather and when you want alone time with your special other, you can escape to your private bedroom suite each decorated in a themed color. Most amazing was the staff!! Mui is hands down, one of the best thai chefs there is. She can whip up anything you ask her to make and sets all the meals with a great presentation. She was nice to wash our laundry and after a day's outting we'd come back to our rooms freshly made up. The owners are extremely lucky to have such fantastic team of staff to make sure guests have a great time. I'm dreaming of her shrimp skewers as I type! Highly recommended!!

We stayed as a family of 7 last year and decided that we wanted to stay at this gorgeous villa again this Easter. We had an amazing 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and activities offered by this villa. We were lucky to enjoy a fantastic massage on the new massage tables that are now at the villa. There is construction going on next door but it wasn't an issue at all, only a small amount of noise and the workers were very good at ensuring our privacy. Unfortunately it rained 5 out of the 6 days we were there, however with the endless Movies/TV shows/pool table/pool all of the kids were kept entertained. The cooks were absolutely fantastic and we utilised eating in quite often and the meals were always delicious. Waking up to a breakfast so beautifully laid out every morning was such a luxury. The fruit was super delicious! Lunch and dinner were always so tasty and they accommodated any wish we had for meals. Villa Manager dropped around to check that everything was as it should be and he was super helpful again in organising special balloons and cake for Mimi's birthday while we were there. We don't even bother looking around at other villa options In Koh Samui as this villa fulfils all our requirements for a relaxing holiday, and close to Chaweng if you wish to venture out for the day. Looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed on Samui for two weeks and decided to splurge a little during the last week of our trip and so we rented this villa. It turned out to be the best money we spent while there. The highlights for us: - the location. It's literally on the water with the best sunset views we saw on Samui. Location couldn't have been any better. - the villa. In a word....wow. It's just spectacular and the design is so cool. It feels like you're in your very own mini-resort. I was there with just my family. There were only 5 of us and the villa was more than big enough. - the service. Between the host who greeted us and is one of the most friendly and thoughtful people we'd come across on the island (just a real genuine man) and the in-villa staff we were treated to 5-star service. We decided to order dinner cooked by the villa cook and it was the best meal we had in Thailand. If we had to pick one highlight out of so many, this would be it. We love Thai food and to eat a meal pool side while the sun was setting and to have it be home cooked Thai good-ness was something we'll remember forever. - the booking process. We experienced a very smooth, easy going booking process where they followed through on everything that was promised and advertised which hasn't always been the case in our experience when booking other house rentals abroad. I could go on, but that's all I'll say for now. We don't often travel this luxuriously but it honestly felt like a really good deal (compared to hotels where you pay so much more for meals, snacks, activities, etc.) and we would definitely stay there again. Five stars all the way. Enjoy!!

We stayed during Christmas and New Year as a family with grown up kids – 5 persons in total. Renting in a new location (for us) it is always “exciting” to learn how a booking and stay-over will proceed. For this villa I can only say that everything went extremely smooth and with very prompt response from the host. This goes from initial contact in August 2016, questions about this and that before the holiday until we were received in the villa. As important; our stay was splendid. The couple that took care of us in the house did a great job. They were present when needed and quietly disappeared when their job was done. Use their cooking services if you visit this villa. When you look at the pictures for the villa, you may think that pictures are easy “but how is reality?” well in this case pictures do not promise more than they can keep. The villa is just great. It accommodates big families, two families with children or couples that will make holiday together. The separate bedrooms each with luxury bathroom provides for privacy for all participants. The covered terrace, the pool and the sun-loungers are just great. This a great place for a relaxing holiday.

After staying 2 nights in busy Bangkok it was bliss to walk into this villa and see the amazing sea views, with peace calm and tranquility. I learnt to swim in the amazing infinity pool, jumping in at any opportunity I could. My husband tried the kayaks in the sea. The housekeeper is an incredible cook and nothing was too much trouble. If we wanted to stay by the pool all day, she would shop and prepare a meal for us for a reasonable fee and well worth it. Her husband makes fantastic margaritas! A picture of the evening sunset is now my screensaver to remind me of the beauty of the place. The rooms are bright and airy with air conditioning and you wake up to that amazing view across the bay. We stayed for 7 nights and this was a great location to visit Fishermans village, Chaeweng, the Big Buddha and to just chill and relax. I would love to come back again to this very special place.

WOW! That's all I have to say first and foremost about this villa. We recently stayed in this villa for 4 nights with 7 friends. Every single one of us has fallen in love with the villa, every single expectation was absolutely exceeded. Our host introduced us to the villa and the couple who looked after the villa are out of this world. They were always on hand to look after us and went the extra mile to ensure our visit was pleasant. They also speak English and so conversing with them was not much of a problem.........oh, and they are awesome chefs, and I mean awesome! The villa itself is beautiful and has everything you could think of......everything from an awesome sound system, a beautiful pool, entertainment system, a pool table......just literally everything! We have all left our hearts here. This villa is probably the sole reason why each one of us who stayed here have dubbed this recent trip of ours as 'the best trip ever'. Many thanks to the couple who looked after us. And many thanks to our host who was always on hand to ensure we had everything we needed. The only downside of this place is that there is nothing nearby, so you will need to sort transportation out (but that's also a very good thing, and was the reason I decided to book this villa initially). We stocked up on everything when we arrived, so we didn't have to leave the villa once. We will be returning soon I hope! Awesome Awesome Awesome and highly recommended. Many thanks again!

Beautiful home, we can't wait to go back. We spent 2 weeks at this villa in April 2016 with our 2 sons. The weather was amazing, the staff were outstanding. Beautiful pool, the views and sunsets were gorgeous. Great location, peaceful and quiet and the town is a quick and easy drive. Lots of things to do, but sitting and relaxing by the pool was our favourite activity. Beds and showers were 5 star, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. If you want a relaxing vacation and want to stay in a stunning home, then this place is just perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay in this modern, luxurious, spacious, private hide-away with stunning views across the water from every room. The villa is new and had everything we could possibly have wanted for a comfortable, relaxing, fun holiday. The staff were amazing, catering for our every need. Nu makes delicious cocktails and Muey’s Thai cooking is truly world class. The rooms, grounds and pool are kept immaculately clean and tidy. Nu’s also the go to person when you have a special requirement of the extensive, but rather complicated, entertainment system. A highlight of our stay was kayaking around Koh Som Island (there are two kayaks with life jackets for guests to use) and being greeted by the inquisitive goats and sheep that live on this now-abandoned resort. Be aware that some of the currents in the channel and around the island can be quite strong, though. Although the staff frequently light mosquito coils, I still needed to apply some insect repellent to avoid mosquito bites, especially outside in the evening while dining and sipping cocktails as we watched the sun set and the occasional fireworks display across the bay. Thanks to everyone who make this such a special place to stay. We had a truly lovely time.
