Peaceful, relaxing, romantic - Paradise! It has taken me a while to write this review but I haven't forgotten about our trip! We went here for our honeymoon and it was the most incredible experience. We stayed in the master bedroom at Maenam Beachfront Villa. Each villa has its own manager and ours went above and beyond. She even set up a romantic dinner on the beach on our last day with flower petals and candles all around. Anything we needed, we just had to ask and she took care of it. The villas also have a private pool and a private chef. Food: Every day we woke up to a beautiful breakfast at the time of our choice. We sat at our table right in front of the ocean and devoured fresh juices, an array of fruits and a prepared meal from our personal chef. Lunches and dinners were just as good, if not better! You get to choose from a big list of items and every day we tried something new. The food was fresh, creative and probably the best we had in Thailand. Room: I believe most of the rooms have outdoor showers and they are definitely worth trying! We only ended up using the outside shower. The room overall was comfortable and every morning we woke up to a beautiful view of the ocean right in front of us. Beach: The beach is right in front of the villa and the water is quite shallow, which makes it easy to go out pretty far. We also kayaked one day and that was nice but definitely better to do in the morning or evening so it's not too hot. If you want somewhere luxurious where you will get amazing service, food and accommodation...this is your place!

Amazing place we were treated like royalty and the staff anticipated our every need, nothing was too hard. The food was sensational and really worth staying in our Villa for and having your chef cook each meal, dinner for a family of 4 was around AU$30 excluding wine and we always over ordered!!! Although just our family of four stayed, the villa would more than comfortably house two families. The Villa and pool was kept spotless so no matter how many towels the kids used our Villa Manager and her team kept the entire place spotless. Maenam Beach isn't as busy as Chaweng so we didn't have too many people on the beach in front of the villa and right next to our Villa was a great girl who did the best AU$3 mani and pedi. Places close by included : 5 mins by taxi to Fishermans Village which seems to be the French quarter of Koh Samui...some great boutiques, restaurants and spas. Maenam Markets were worth visiting. We will definitely return to this place.

We stayed at this villa for 5 nights. It was superb from the first moment. Everything was just wonderful, the service was personal like no other place, and always with a smile. The rooms are glorious, specially the master bedroom. After we left we were so sad and missed the staff and the villas. All of our guest had great time. We would definitely come back in the future. Wedding note - everything was perfect. The function coordinator was great. Every detail looked like a fairytale, and the wedding went 1:1 like the plan (except everyone ending up in the pool).
