On arrival, a security deposit equivalent to one night's rental will be payable to villa. This security deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any outstanding charges incurred during the stay (telephone charges, groceries, etc.)

Rates do not include baggage handling; gratuities; telephone, fax and telegram charges; vehicle rental; food, drinks and personal items; expenses due to any third parties; any intensive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc.) or replacement or repair of damages. Fair wear and tear is accepted.
