We really enjoyed our family vacation for six days in Chiang Mai. This rental house was great for our group of 7 who ranged in age from 9 to 75. We spent most of our time in and around the very large pool. The owner is a super friendly guy and he made everything about this rental easy for us. He and his staff were attentive to our needs and not at all intrusive when we wanted to be on our own for family time. We had the chefs prepare two dinners for us and those were both delicious, easy and inexpensive to organize. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants a BIG house and plenty of room to enjoy your holiday in Chiang Mai.

This villa was one of the best villas we have been in east Asia as we are a group of 13 adults. We stayed 5 nights (23-28/10/2014). The rooms are clean and big. The swimming pool was the most attractive thing in villa. The owner is a great person to deal with and support and help whatever you want. The manager is the tour guider for the villa and he can arrange any tours in Chiangmai. Here are some points to highlights: 1- the villa is quite far from the heart of city; 2- we have been charged for electricity although our time mostly outside the villa and turn off everything in villa and no one inform us after one day to confirm our electricity consumption; 3- transportation for group is quietly higher than transportation companies in city. Finally, we have enjoyed every moment in Chiang Mai and for sure the villa was the most interesting thing.

The villa was large and roomy and catered for the 7 of us admirably. The daily cleaner was lovely and unobtrusive and made sure the place was spotless and towels changed daily. She even hand washed our clothes when the machine broke down. The transport supplied was a godsend as we never had to worry about how to get into town or pop to the supermarket. Half an hour warning and it was there. The best thing though was the manager. On the end of the phone to sort out any little issues, to book restaurants, talk to taxi drivers or just make sure we were having a great time. His English is perfect and he has a permanent smile. My only word of caution is be prepared to pay for electricity at the end of your stay as it mounts up quickly. Other than this a fantastic villa. Thank you!
