In a charming historical building on the seafront of Foz do Douro a new conceptt is born with 5 exclusive apartments. The building rehabilitation project was in charge of Barbosa and Guimarães office, the interiors project was authored by José Carlos Cruz architect. All apartments offer a unique interior design in an environment framed by the sea and enriched by the Flattered Art Collection. The Collection consists of works by Young Portuguese Artists with a strong presence of pieces in the field of Illustration and Urban Art. Daily cleaning of the apartment, change of towels 2 times per week and one change of sheets once a week is included in our price. All units have a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm or 140x200cm), a living room and a dining room with sea/city view. They also have a double bed (160x200cm) in the living room and some apartments have a 1 person sofa bed (120x205cm). All kitchens are fully equipped (microwave oven, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, kitchen towels, table cloth), a laundry and dryer washing machine, steam iron, ironing board, hair dryer, 100% cotton linens and towels. They also have underfloor heating, flat screen TV (satellite TV), DVD, iPod/iPhone/MP3 docking station and Free Wi-Fi. Our customers can also enjoy the exclusive Flattered services: Hatha Yoga sessions, massages, babysitting, Eco tours (walking and biking tours) and a Personal Concierge Service. We have city view apartments and a sea view apartments. Bookings for 2 guests include 1 double bed only. For 3-4 guests 2 double beds only. In case of any special request please contact us.

Since we do not have a reception we have to schedule our check-in by e-mail or phone, at least 24 hours in advance. If you have any problems with directions to our property or in case of any delay please keep us informed by calling on our cellphone 00351 939 146 262.

Our normal check-in time is between 15:00 – 20:00. Please note that check-in after 20:00 and check-out before 09:00 will incur in an extra charge of 30 €. This extra charge may be wavered if you are flying in and cannot make that time. In these cases you should provide us your flight details.

We would like to call your attention to the fact that a guarantee for damage must be paid: 250 € for stays less than 15 days and 500 € for stays over 15 days. This payment can be done in cash or through credit card details for later recovery in the event of any damage.

The rates include daily cleaning, towels changed every 3 days and bed linen changed once a week.

If you have chosen to include breakfast in your reservation it will be served in your apartment between 8.00 and 9.00. If you need a change to this schedule please let us know. We will do everything in our power to satisfy your needs. (Breakfast/ person/ night - 10 euros)
