This private, self-contained, modern holiday home is set on a secluded 20-hectare rural lifestyle property. A quiet, romantic rural oasis just 20 minutes from Wellington City, 10 minutes from the cafes, markets, movie theatre and art galleries of the trendy seaside township of Petone. Near Belmont Regional Park with many walking and mountain biking tracks, native flora and fauna and beautiful picnicking spots.

Special Notes / Conditions

Rates are for 2 people; $30 per extra person per night. Please enquire about longer stays. Children under 10 stay free. Cleaning fee of $100.00 applies if accommodation is not left clean and tidy as found, i.e rubbish in bins provided in car parking area; dishes done; everything returned to original place.
