Ace's villa is a fantastic house that was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The location is great with the local train station only 5 minutes walk from the house and a 10 minute journey into central Wellington. Ace and her daughter Philly were wonderful hosts and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Wow what an awesome place to rent for our stay in Wellington! Nine of us girls stayed here and it was like a home away from home. Beds were as comfortable as and the towels were hotel quality. There was even tea/coffee/sugar and a few bits and pieces in the fridge. The open fire was set for us in the formal lounge which we made use of the last night of our stay ... the rest of the time we squashed ourselves into the kitchen/lounge area like you do when you are catching up with great friends. There was a lovely dining room too that we didn't even make use of ... nor the spa bath!! Next time for sure cause we will be back. Cheap as to taxi from here to the city - $5 each, or catch the train down the end of the street which was easy as. There was phone numbers for taxis and a timetable for the train there for us too. Thanks heaps Ace you have thought of everything :)

It was great to have the comfort of a home while we were working quite hard outside the property. Thanks to Ace who made a big effort to return some left behind belongings. The only thing we did not like was the policy of having to pay all charges two months in advance. It seems unreasonable for us to have to finance the deal for this length of time

The most perfect place to stay for our daughters wedding. The bridal party stayed here with us. The downstairs area was perfect for the bride to get ready. Outside area was great for preparing flowers. Great cafe at local shops. Brought flowers from the local dairy. They were so helpful. It was a home away from home. Thank you very much Ace!

We discovered Ace's place by chance when our usual Wellington business acommodation was full due to the football (Mexico and NZ) was in town. This was such a great alternative! We self catered which was an easy and relaxed way to unwind after busy days at work. Ace's place is well appointed - with everything you need and more - including a BBQ! Her house is nicely located near a bush reserve - perfect for an early morning run or walk. Local shops - are just that - local and close! Ace herself is fantastic!! friendly, relaxed and very helpful. Recommended for sure.

Wonderful stay! we stayed for the Bledisloe Cup weekend, train station was only a few mins walk from the house and it took us straight to the stadium. Fireplace was gorgeous and cosy and the house is beautifully decorated. Everyone was happy and pleased :))

The house was perfect for our purpose which was a family get together to celebrate a 50th birthday. Three families travelled from Australia. Two stayed in the house and the other close by. The house was great. Plenty of room, nice furnishings, fireplace and a very relaxing place to be in. The children (teenagers) loved Wellington and said they hadn't realised it was going to be so beautiful. The drive up to Aces Villa showcased all the houses in the hills and the spectacular views. We loved the local Khandallah Hotel and Ace made a dinner booking for us before we arrived. It was nice to get the phone calls from Ace. I would highly recommend the house and AmazingAccom.

This is a very comfortable and homely property with spacious accommodation. We were a party of 9 people, friends and family, and we had absolutely no complaints. Everything we needed and more was there, we never felt crowded as the living rooms are of a generous size.. The location, whilst not central in Wellington, is very accessible due to the proximity to the train. (not near enough to hear the trains but an easy walk to get to the station). It is on a fairly steep hill but we managed to walk up the hill everyday from the train pushing one of our group in a wheelchair so I would say it is very manageable for most people. The house is also on the edge of a lovely wooded hilllside area which provides a great walk with magnificent views from the top of the hill for those who feel energetic. I would definitely recommend this property.
