No expense has been spared with this superb designer home which is less than a 5 minute drive to Wanaka township and a short walk to the lake. Grand lake and mountain views complement the clean lines of the residence. The fully equipped designer kitchen and bathrooms are an absolute pleasure. If the Property Owner/Manager applies a Fair Cancellation Policy, the Renter can cancel up to 60 days prior to the start of the Tenancy. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the Property Owner/Manager, and AA, at least 60 days before the start of the Tenancy. The Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value generated on AA, less the non-refundable commission fee.
